Honestly, the food was better than expected. The rice was a little dry, but everything was really flavorful. The only caveat is it comes with so much food. Unless you're starving, go in with the mindset to share a box. Great food and we'll definitely be back!

This place atmosphere is great as well as the customer service! The boba beverages are highly recommended and the flan is to die for! A must have if your ever in town. Definitely going to be a spot I visit every time I am in Sedona!

5 star experience. Staff is super friendly I came in with my dog and they offered him a water bowl, ordered a boba milk tea and gyoza and I found it delicious! I even ordered a second gyoza because I couldn’t get enough! Love this place will definitely be back again

The food here is excellent, and the taro boba is amazing. My issue with this place is that 1. They rarely answer the phone for call-in orders. I have waited for 20+ minutes with the phone incessantly ringing. 2. When the phone is answered, I am asked to hold and the phone is set onto the counter while the person goes back to shuffling around. They are not helping other guests and they do not return to the phone. I have waited for 40 minutes like this before with the phone off the hook, listening to someone move around. Because of this I am never able to order dinner in time to take it home from work. Whomever is answering the phones needs to be re-trained on proper phone and customer service etiquette, because it is abysmal. I used to work at a resort where we would have lines out the door, have 10 people calling at once, be doing a check-in, and per QA we were still required to answer the phones and respond to guests on the phone in a timely manner. I am very disappointed in the service at this restaurant since I love boba and bento boxes and was excited to have it in town. Unfortunately, after 2.5 weeks of trying to get my meals on time and trying to make contact with the restaurant in general, I'm going to have to strike it from my weekly "go-tos." At least Dominos and Javelina Cantina answer their phones. Quality of food is only part of the equation for success- you have to value your customers and treat them like they matter too.

The main steak was dry and chewy (with a ton of fat) its hardly a bento box with some cheap undressed spinach, plain rice & 3 grapes (which had weird black markings on them) and four tomatos. Extremely overpriced, long wait time for service and they don't even have chopsticks. If you're looking for an authentic Asian meal in sedona, go to momo's instead.

To the owner. Why do your employees not answer the phone and why when they answer they dont say hi just set phone down and all I hear is music. I think the employees do not want to answer the phone. Bad service local shopper here.

I wish I could put zero stars!!! We showed up 30 minutes before closing time looking to cap our fantastic day in Sedona off with a tea. Unfortunately it seems the employee are not sure how to tell time as they pulled the sign and closed the store just as we pulled passed to park. Very disappointing!!
