Delicious food and huge portions. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for our food allergy child as well.

Pricey but understandable considering you are in the middle of nowhere. I have plenty of experience with boba tea, this is around the middle-tastewise. Average in comparison to other boba tea. Minus 1 star for hig price. Paid $22 for 1 boba and 1 popcorn chicken.

Sono was fun, and tasty. The flavors were reminiscent of my time in Taiwan, but the prices were not. The Taro root boba tea had the right level of sweetness where most places make theirs too sweet or too salty(or worst is watering down with way too much ice(ask for less ice)).
The purple kingdom smoothie was also really refreshing. It wasn’t too sweet and the aftertaste was mostly passion fruit which I prefer.
The taro root and banana breads were good but very sweet. The fried cauliflower tasted like it was covered in MSG just like a real night market.

What an adorable lil place! Has a cool authentic feel to it. Super clean and modern. Very friendly staff, (they instantly offered my dog some water), fast service, outside sitting with red rock views of Sedona. The place is at the end of the street so it's nice to sit down and relax. The food is so yummy and comforting! Loved the Gyoza dumplings, popcorn chicken and roasted cauliflower. They have a good variety of Boba teas, delicious!!!

Taro pound cake is one of a kind and I wish they would ship it lol

Went here with the family and got the Taro boba tea, the Matcha boba tea, and the Tiger boba tea. They were all delicious, and they took military discount which was nice. If you are looking for a great boba place in Sedona, this is the place to go.

Wanted to try something with prickly pear while in town. Their prickly pear boba was great!

Not the best boba tea I've ever had. It was $10 out the door. Cup is 4/5 filled with ice, the Thai tea was bland and barely any boba pearls. Disappointed. Staff was okay. Music was loud.

Great dinner plates! After walking around and not seeing any food I liked, I stopped by Sono for dinner. The gyoza and teriyaki plates were full of flavor. I'll be back when I visit again. It's so good to see there are more Asian establishments in the area.

I am a local to the Verdy Valley and Sedona area. With all the expansion, tourism, and the change of lifestyle in Sedona, it seems almost impossible, to get that community feeling, that Sedona use to be so well known for. One of the reasons I love Sono Kitchen in uptown Sedona, is their a dedication to everyone. Locals are treated with a special care, that knowledge of returning clientele, is just as valuable as the in and out of the tourist trade.
The manager, Elizabeth, really takes the time to make each experience special. She, actually cares about her customers. You can also see this in the staff that she has hired, and their dedication to providing a great experience.
As a 22 year veteran of the changes to Sedona and surrounding area, Sono Kitchen is one of my favorite places to eat in Sedona. The prices are reasonable, the food is superb, and the service and staff are marvelous!
Thumbs up emoji!!
