So far, I've only ever been here for bags of whole coffee beans, which we leave for our short-term rental guests. Staff is always helpful and friendly. One of these days I'll get a sandwich or a delicious-looking pastry from the case.

We live in Hawaii but I’ve been coming here for a few years now since we bought a vacation home here in Sedona and it’s always been a pleasant experience. This was one of my favorite coffee shops here. But today, I was very, very disappointed. I ordered a lavender green tea matcha which I was excited of trying because I haven’t had a lavender infused matcha before however, the lavender flavor was quite overwhelming for me. My drink tasted like it has a lavender oil floating on top of my cup. So, I asked the barista nicely if they can remake my drink without the lavender on it and they were very rude about it. No smile, no apologies about me not liking my drink, instead, she lectured me of making sure I get something I’m comfortable with next time and looked so unhappy about my request. I felt very humiliated but I didn’t want to make a scene and act like “KAREN” 🙄🤦🏽♀️ So, I just let it go, I didn’t say anything and just waited for my drink outside. When the server came to deliver my drink, I politely said thank you and told her that I appreciate them accommodating my request but she was not smiling at all and rudely told me in front of other customers that they don’t normally remake the drink unless there’s something wrong with it. At this point, I had enough humiliation and I just left without touching the new cup of matcha that she gave me. I could have easily paid for a new drink if they asked me to instead of being treated that way. I felt like I was treated differently because of my race. I feel very humiliated at that place. I will never go back there again. Thats not how we treat people in Hawaii. Sad.

Bread Is good actually, you might get to try it in other local restaurants in the area.
Supplying restaurants is the main focus, they are not super oriented around the dine in cafe part. Never answer phones for take out orders, always closing early. Staff is fine, the owner is from out of town and it shows

This was one of our favorite spots (or perhaps THE favorite spot) on a recent trip to Sedona. The croissants may very well be the best I've ever had, and that's saying a lot. Service was friendly and coffee was delicious; we went more than once on our short trip because we loved it so much. Highly recommend!

Everything we got was good from pastries to coffee to breakfast. One of the best places to eat in Sedona!

We have been here many times, I love their Bee pollen lattes. But I will not come back! The horrible lady behind the counter was so nasty. Alyssa is her name. She wore a bandana on her head, she worked the register.
My husband and I ordered 2 coffees and 2 pastries.
For some odd reason they keep the silver ware and staws behind the counter.
They gave my husband his pastry right away so we went to sit down and he wanted a fork so I went back in and asked for a couple of forks.
Alissa was so put out! She said we will bring them with your muffin. I said my husband needs one now, so she huffed her way over to the forks!!
Then we get our drinks and my husband wanted a straw so I go back in and ask for a straw.
Omg!!! She huffed again, stomped over to the straws then jabs it at me. You would have thought I had asked her to do something impossible!!
My husband and I don't get a lot of mornings together cuz he works a lot and her nasty attitude doesn't wasn't very pleasant.
I very much enjoy your place but I won't be coming back.

The food and coffee were good! I thought the prices were a tad steep for what you got. Definitely get some baked goods for the road though! I'd come back again and try different food. I loved the seating area outside and the decor inside. It was definitely busy, so be prepared to wait in line for a bit.

We stopped st this place on the way back from a hike. We had a about a 20 min wait in line to order to go. It took another 10 min for our sandwiches and smoothies to be ready. The smoothies were nothing special and my Italiano sandwich was pretty good but for $12 it was too small and again nothing over the top. The side salad was also out in a very small soup cup to go. Maybe the experience is a lot better sit-in but we were all disappointed with to-go and definitely don't recommend it.
