My friends and I spent the night in Sedona so excited to go to Layla’s after I had talked it up for months. We show up at 8:15 on Tuesday morning (the day the open for the week after 2 days of being closed) and you’re out of every pastry but 2 kinds? Unacceptable if you’re looking for return customers. Likely won’t be back.

So good we came back again! We stopped here post-sunrise hike for a quick bite. Everyone in our party loved their pastries, tea, and smoothies. Day 2, we allowed for more time to get some salmon toast, chia pudding, more tea, more pastries, more smoothies! For me, the best was the warm chocolate chip cookie and the kougin amann. We loved sitting on the patio, and can’t wait to come back when we visit Sedona!

Stopped by Layla's for a couple yummy baked treats and a couple of drinks. Though the croissant I got was unusually dry, the Kouing Amann (pictured) was crispy-crusty and delicious. I was SO surprised to see a Kouing Amann here—I search for them in every city I visit and have tried them from many bakeries. I will be back again and again as long as those buttery babies are there. I also love the outdoor dining area which, for a good portion of the year, is a great place to enjoy drinks and delights. This is one of only a handful of non-Starbucks accessible places in Sedona that make espresso, so stop by for a little handcrafted sip.

Wow, this place is fantastic! The blueberry danish was unreal and the matcha latte was very good too (I left out the lavender). The 2 staff members I interacted with were very helpful and patient even when the store was very busy.

Omg!
Seriously this place is amazing. I hesitate to tell because I want to keep it to myself... but all should try.
The food. The pastries. The staff... all make it amazing.
Highly recommend and I'll be back again and again :)

Great french style pastries and breads! They use several different flours. A small light menu for "brunch". Coffee menu and beans to bring home. Hot and cold teas. It's a small cafe with patio. Closed Sundays and Mondays

Perfect stop after devils bridge hike! The cinnamon roll is a must try. They are the only place I’ve seen in Arizona taking covid precauations (mask, cleaning tables, lots of outdoor seating). The service was so friendly too!

We went here after breakfast at another place. But we wanted to go by and see and taste what pastries they make. We purchased a variety of items. From scones, Chocolate Croissant, Almond Croissant and a Raisin Roll. Can't wait to taste them.

Waited in line for 45 mins. Staff was rude to the lady in front of me. Once I place my order I had to wait 15 more mins, its was just premade quiche. I've had much better bakery items as well. Coffee was alrighy. Dont waste your time.

Early May'23, had a lovely breakfast here with pastries, tea, hot chocolate and coffee. Lovely staff.
