Came here for the first time today and this place is amazing. Not only do they already donate a portion of their sales to the humane society, they offer a discount on your purchase if you write a note to hospital patients with cancer, AND the barista as well as other patrons were very kind and welcoming to multiple homeless folks that came in and needed water or a coffee. They also have public restrooms which is something a different favorite coffee shop of mine does not have, so you can stay for a while and work comfortably. Coffee is great, baked goods are made in house. The vibes are so good here, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend it as well

Coffee was great. The banana loaf was good. Just a tad cold.

We stopped at several places for coffee while we were in Phoenix on our vacation. This was the best one. (Cartel was the worst.) We got their single origin pour overs. We would have rated them higher, but they were not very generous when we asked for honey and heavy cream. The staff kind of acted like we had made a difficult request. But the coffee quality was good. It was quite strong, and we wish we could have had a little more cream, but they gave us what they gave us.
They are on the opposite end of the spectrum from a place like Starbucks, which tends to be waaaay too sweet and have lower quality coffee. Echo is not sweetened enough when you ask, but their coffee quality is very good. I would come back again.
If they had treated us better, I would've given 5 stars.

Coffee was good. Employees seemed new but did fine. Cowboy cookies are yummie. Inside was clean and organized. Outdoor covered seating available as well.

Such a fun coffee place. very animal friendly and supportive of animal rights .exceptional treats to add to coffee ambience. 0Order ar e a very confusing on entry and customers repeatedly telling new customers where to order.Could be much better organized for ordering flow!!

Found the coffee pretty sour. Staff was really friendly though

I’ve been going to Echo Coffee for about a year now. Their cold brew and lattes (iced and hot) are consistently amazing! On weekends, the bagels (which are seriously delicious) go quickly, so when I haven’t come in time to snag one, the banana bread is my go to option. All of the treats Amanda makes are insanely good- she really should publish a cookbook because wow.
It’s always very clean. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. And the staff is full of the nicest people ever!
So sad to be moving out of state because it’ll take me a while to find a coffee spot that compares.

Previously it had been hit or miss with this place if I liked the taste of their stuff. Today was great. I had one of the best everything bagels ever from here. It was toasted just right, thick and crispy to hold some really good cream cheese. Their cold brew was strong and banana bread we tried tasted fresh. They were also pretty fast for having several people in line.

One of the few coffee shops open past 3pm in the area. Nice cozy inside with maybe 10 seats, and outdoor seating for those with dogs. Decent non-coffee options and the scone was good (not too sweet)
