Came here because of the great reviews. The coffee was robust and smooth. The service, however, was a bit disappointing. The man behind the counter seemed like he can't wait to get out of work. He was either really bored or really tired, acted like we are bothering him by ordering two coffee and two pastries. 5 stars for the coffee. 3 stars for the server.

The coffee and atmosphere are great. I'd love to see more vegan options (I didn't notice any aside from the non-dairy milk, which is pretty standard these days). Donating to the humane society is great. Let's show some love to the farm animals too, who have just as much sentience and capacity for suffering as our beloved cats and dogs.

Great cold brew, lavender latte was amazing! The pastries are phenomenal

Friendly people, decent soy cap. No info about their beans. Abbreviated menu. The pastry I bought and the complimentary shortbread cookie stole the show. They were good!

Hands down the worst service ever. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. I didn't think a nonfat vanilla latte was a ridiculously hard drink to make but apparently it is. Finally one of the drinks was ready and she gave it to another customer who was waiting and then I was made another one and it wasn't what I ordered so finally the 3rd drink was given to me and it wasn't correct either. 23 minutes later I paid 11.00 for an iced coffee. Worst place ever, there was only 2 people ahead of me when I went in but leaving, the lobby was full of people waiting for drinks. Do not recommend at all

Yummy coffee, great pastries, and friendly service! They donate a portion of sales to the AZ Humane Society. Love supporting caring local businesses!

This place was aight, nothing crazy. The dudes working there were dece, the barista was a goof which I don’t mind if they seem like they know what they’re doing, then another guy came to be cashier and seemed kinda ticked or super mellow. It was more generic-feeling than I was hoping but for normal, non-scrutinizing coffee drinkers I’m sure it’s just fine!!
There was no chocolate sauce on the bottom of my drink which I HIGHLY appreciate haha.

Gotta love when you buy something that you love and they pay it forward by helping others out, great coffee, nice people.

While the coffee was always delicious and the baristas always so friendly and quick, I most likely will not be returning. It was a very sad when they lost their resident pastry chef who could whip up the most perfect and delectable baked goods you ever did eat. Not sure what happened with her sudden departure, but she was the major reason I would frequent Echo so much. I'll miss her and that place ❤️
