Walked up to the outdoor counter at Northsight in Scottsale at 2:30 pm and waited behind a 2 females. After they ordered the employee engaged in a lengthy conversation with the pair... nonstop talking about an aquarium with spinning chairs & restrooms with windows and Sedona. We waited patiently and then when asked if they liked to bowl and we were melting I asked if we could order...he kept on talking. Again, no acknowledgement, so we left.

Love Dutch bro’s but my 911 tasted like they used the blending machine for the drink before me with other flavors and my smoothie was already melted by the time I got it

Can we please do way less friend talk and please move your customers along it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get an order for coffee.

Tricky to get to... once you realize that the entrance is after the traffic circle (depending on your approach vector). One single looong drive thru lane, better use the window. Same bomb coffee & bros.

Usually my trips are good, this time not so much, first they get my order wrong and then I asked for light ice and they fill it with ice! 🤦🏽‍♂️ Maybe I'll stick to my local dutch bros.

The employees treat my girl so wonderfully here, providing delicious beverages and fawning over her rear-view-mirror-dangling unicorn... Yep, they know NACHO by name

In the short time they've been open, we've been privy to free gift cards, stickers and all around good vibes

Love my Dutch Bros. The baristas are freaking awesome. The coffee is good. Objectively, there's better coffee out there, but for chain coffee, top of the batch.

I live in Michigan, but moved to AZ for a year in 2014... Visiting AZ again, I just had to hit up this amazing coffee joint! The Midwest and east coast needs some Dutch Bros love!

I come here all the time when I say that I come almost every day and right now I have been out here waiting for 20 min and the gentleman infringe of me said he has been waiting for 30 min before I got here
