Me n my pup Marley have been frequenting this location for some time now. Always super friendly service, and definitely always worth the wait when the line is long. Just this morning, had the best SF annihilator I’ve had in many many years. Always appreciate the great crew working here, for helping get our day off to a great start! 💫 ☕️ 💙

Insecure window girl openly berated me and my car because of the transmission. Such a great time when you just want an overpriced drink and you’re openly crapped on for driving a nice car

Almond milk latte was basically hot sugar milk. Ended up having to add an americano that they messed up on but gave us anyway. If you like actual coffee that is not loaded down with sugar, this is not the place for you. The drive through concept they have going is very inefficient as you drive up to the window to order and then sit there waiting for them to make it. I don’t get the hype of this place.

i get the same tea every single day from dutch bros and today this tea was NOT steeped correctly. there was almost no tea flavor. fix that

Easy in, Easy out, order was fast and precise - tasted great - good price - and the folks at the window are engaging and fun to chat with.

So they run out of regular milk and then up charge .70 for anything else. Interesting business model. Won’t return to this location again. They don’t advise you of the uncharged either. You shouldn’t be taxing your customers for being a poorly run business.

This isn’t my first bad experience at this location either. They always fill the cup completely full of ice (watched them do this to whoever was behind me today), I mean overflowing. And put about 6-8 oz of liquid in a 32 oz cup. Disgusting business practices at this location 👎🏻

Just ordered this drink and it’s amazing. They got it spot on! Medium Peach Passion Fruit Coconut Rebel with red raspberry drizzle in the middle and Blue Raspberry drizzle on bottom. Staff is always super friendly and funny 😁

The drive thru girl was able to complicate a simple order, I left I’ll go elsewhere it shouldn’t be difficult to take the order

Bunch of college kids, almost all have the vibe of a theatre kid, take that as you will. Great coffee, energy drinks, teas, etc
