Frannie's Cones and Coffee

Customer service was horrible. The lady that helped us was extremely rude. The hot chocolate was very watered down and the cappuccino was horrible. The bathroom Was very dirty as well.

Great selection of tasty frozen yogurt. There were about 20 different flavors. I did mocha, mint and vanilla bean with chopped pecans. Sat and watched folks walking around the square.

Went for ice cream. Very underwhelming selection. On the upside staff was very nice.

My family loves Frannie's. After the change to new ownership, Frannie's feels great, brighter and more spacious. You should checkout the seating in the back! Maybe play a boardgame or 2 from their game cabinet.

Great spot to grab a treat, and view the scene. Our server brought my husband the, “Most aesthetically pleasing Banana Split that (she) ever made!” Can’t disagree with that!

Skylar and Aranda are the kindest workers i’ve every meet, best service ever, 10/10 would come again!

Nice size serving of ice cream and good coffee (reg and decaf). Will visit again.

I went in to Frankie's ar 2:30 Friday November 4, 2022. The teenager working was rude to myself and 2 older gentlemen ahead of me. Someone needs to speak to her about customer service and the appreciation of customers.

Frannies is great always a staple when we go down to the square. It looks like the place got a good coat of paint. Wonderful!

Love the frozen yogurt. Tastes amazing. Tried the lavender latte, so yummy 😋 excellent customer service.
