We visit Parker Arizona about four times a year and are sure to stop by and see Eva for wonderful customer service and Top quality food! Coffee Ern's makes the best meatloaf I've ever had! Be sure to try to stop by on a Wednesday so you can try it out! 👍🏾

We always feel like we are are valued as good friends. Good People, Great Service, Lots of Love in the food, as you can see; And Taste! They make in house their own very special sauces and salsa.

Found this little gem on our way to Vegas. Great breakfast spot (although I am sure lunch is also delicious). Eggs were perfect, bacon was perfect, and french roast was perfect...and served with hot syrup. Eva was an absolute doll! Super friendly and personable, and she gave great recommendations. I highly reccomend!

The food is good the place however is not so much as far as atmosphere goes. Reasonably priced and as for the people they have there regulars.

I have been going to this restaurant every morning for the past 3 months. The staff is amazing and courteous and hard-working!!!! The food is just like mom makes it. The one thing I love the most is that the staff treats me like family. I've gotten to know quite a few of them. I consider this place my second home I look forward to many more mornings of memories.

The food was delicious, as always. The staff and atmosphere are always fantastic! The menu provides a wide variety of choices and the prices are fair for the portions received. They are only open until 2 pm.

Summary: we stayed about twice as long as we wanted to because of their poor/slow service, so I definitely wouldn't recommend this place, as the tasty-ish food wasn't worth it.

We went here while there was about 4 other couples occupying the tables and 2 waitresses on duty and expected rather quick service; we were incorrect in this assumption.

The waitresses were very nice, but focused more on talking to their regulars than bringing us menus, our drinks, our food, and the check. The coffee was good and cheap, but the servers forget about half of our requests during our stay, such as for water and a to-go box. The food was tasty, although the sides were definitely from the freezer, and the chili burger dish was especially good, with the meat tasting nice. I think the cooks do a good job for what ingredients they have.

Thankful that this awesome spot exists! We had tried another well rated and reviewed breakfast place in town and were met with fake eggs and pretty terrible food. But Coffee Ern’s was the exact opposite fresh eggs good wholesome breakfast and AMAZING service. Seriously the service was over the top. We ended up eating there several times while we were in town. The place is well loved and you can feel that when you walk in.

Don't miss this one!!! Great coffee! I had a really good cheeseburger with green chilies. I enjoyed hearing the cook laugh and talk to his staff. Unfortunately, even though there weren't many customers the waitress didn't have much time for me.

Excellent hot food and service. We had the special and is very good. Very reasonable.Thank you Eva for serving us. Friendly. The atmosphere is Cute , quaint, .This will be our new little gem. (While we are here.) Thank you! Can't wait to try breakfast now.
