Dutch Bros Coffee

This is one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to! The workers were happy everyday we came, and were very helpful finding drinks we wanted, as we were unfamiliar with the menu. This location has amazing workers and even better coffee!!!!!

The staff is always so friendly here and the service is always quick. I love that Dutch has such a big menu and caters to people who may not live and breath coffee. Move over starbucks.

Drinks are so good and the people are nice. But the drive thru is terrible. Plan on waiting 20 minutes for your drinks. I had 4 people get to order before I did, even though I was there first. Shortest time through the drive thru has been 15 minutes. I have visited about 5 times in the last month

Typical good Dutch location with friendly staff, only negative is this is by far the slowest Dutch bros I’ve ever been too. The staff definitely likes to talk and doesn’t seem to hesitate to start an extended conversation even when the line is over 10 cars long.

Love Dutch Bros in general, I grew up with the company in OR. I won't rate any that are out of state 5* because of the inconsistency of the service 🤷🏽

I always like Dutch bros mainly because the staff is so friendly compared to other quick coffee stops. This location (on oracle in Oro Valley) doesn’t exactly follow those same guidelines I guess. I’ll stick to the grant and swan (central Tucson) location from now on.

You should figure out how to accurately serve your double line drive thru or only have one lane. Refuse to wait only to be served three cars (who pulled up AFTER ME) later. Waste of time, if you don't pull up in the right line you wait forever because they have no system for how they serve their queues. It's absolutely pointless to have TWO lines with one person taking orders, especially if they can't keep some kind of mental note to keep the lines fair. I'm not willing to play line roulette in the mornings, figure yourselves out.

Such friendly staff! Lines can be long but they work hard to keep it moving. Delicious!
