Staff is efficient and friendly while taking orders in the drive through lanes. Staff will let you know which car to be behind to avoid confusion. Staff who handed us our drinks at the window was friendly and had an attitude of gratitude. Our beverages were delicious and exceeded our expectations.

Super fun every chance I get to go!! The staff is always smiling, laughing, dancing, just all around having a great time and the drinks come out perfect everytime. I love that they pay attention to their customers as well and remember your order (if you go there enough). Perfect treat for any day of the week

I sat there over 30 min without my order even being taken. Many cars that got there well after me were done and gone because they focused on one line. One of the employees knew someone in the line and sat and talked to them for a ridiculous amount of time. I will not be back I don’t have time to wait on coffee for 45+ min

This Dutch takes the longest out of any in town. Sat in the drive through for over 40 minutes today. I am not exaggerating. I am furious. People have lives and want a quick DRINK. There goes my morning. Thanks Oro Valley Dutch Bros. Starbucks would never have done this, and I’ll be taking my business there.

I love this Dutch bros, convenient and on my way to work. The one thing that I do dislike is that they are way too slow when it comes to carry out orders. A packed or busy day, you could be there for 10+ minutes waiting to order and another 10 waiting for your drink. They have a good amount of people and the wait is ridiculous.

Great service and yummy coffee concoctions. My only hope for the future is some good old fashioned drip. The cold brew was good so I'd love to try some hot bean :)

Every time i go here they skip cars and take 30-40 minutes to get coffee which never tastes the same and can sometimes be good but usually terrible

Other than being pricey, I loved everything about this about this place. Amazing coffee and staff was awesome!
