The Fix Drive Thru Coffee

They are stingy, strict, and ask for tips after they show it. Makes things awkward every time. If it wasn't for their mailed half off coupons I would never visit again.

The drinks are ok, but Dutch brothers has a monopoly on Phoenix coffee and for good reasons. Like generosity and friendliness, bending the rules out of straight kindness.

THAT is what deserves customer loyalty.

Today I ordered my favorite coffee the Mexican Horchata latte as a treat for surviving a morning of blood work and medical test. I asked for a stopper as I was driving and didn’t want it to spill in my car. When I got I took a sip of coffee and felt something odd in my drink. When I spit it out into the sink to my horror I saw that it was a dead fly. I am to say the least appalled and ended up throwing out the whole cup of coffee because there was no way I was finishing it. So much for my treat. I think this may be my last trip to The Fix Coffee Shop

Best coffee in town, been coming here since day 1. Blonde, curly hair girl rude if you are having a bad day don't take it on the costumer. Makes me just not want to come back

The fix their coffee is great beautiful place great servers I was there maybe a month ago if you're in town and you want coffee go to the fix the servers are awesome friendly very talkative and it makes you keep coming back and a coffee is great too

Ive been twice now. They have a good latte, reasonably priced, and even a kids menu for my littles. Very nice baristas both times. Glad to have found this little gem.

I am actually very picky about my coffee, but this place will not disappoint ! They have a drive through, and a nice small outside patio. My favorites are the German chocolate mocha and the Irish cream breve !

There STAFF HERE IS GOLDEN 😍🤩 THEY ARE JUST SO SOOO SWEET. THEY ARE SO NICE. I GOT KICKED OUT OF JAVA BECAUSE I WROTE A BAD REVIEW CAUSE ON OF THE WORKERS WAS SOOOO MEAN AND EVERYTHING I ORDERED SHE GRUNTED AND SAID "UGHH" AND ROLLED HER EYES. BUT AT THE FIXE THEY ARE JUST ANGELS AND SO NICE. THE OWNER IS DEFINITELY A GOOD MAN HERE WHERE AS AT HAVA JAVA I GOT KICKED OUT FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING EXCEPT GIVING HIM A ONE STAR REVIEW. I HAVE NEVER GOT KICKED OUT OF ANY PLACE EVER BEFORE. IM SUCH A PEOPLE PERSON AMD GET ALONG WITH EVERYONE. THAT WAS THE ONLY TIME I EVER WAS DISRESPECTED AND REVIEWED IT CUZ SHE CAN REALLY HURT SOMEONE WITH HER ATTITUDE. BUT ANYWAYS THE FIXE IS DOING EVERYTHING JUST RIGHT. THE OWNER FROM HAVA JAVA NEEDS TO TAKE DOWN TIPS FROM THE FIXE. THANK YOU SO MUCH THE FIXE FOR NOT ONLY THE AMAZING COFFEE BUT THE AMAZING RESPECT AND LOVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUR AMAZING STAFF GIVE!! YOUR AWESOME. The German chocolate drink is my favorite!

Their latte was delicious and made with care. The espresso clearly wasn't burnt tasting and so it was far more satisfying than other chain coffee places lattes.

this place is far better than any Starbucks or any other coffee place and the Staff is very kind and friendly, I would like to give a special thanks to my Favorite 3 (S, A, and Twin). thanks to all for making me feel like the Fix Family.
