The Fix Drive Thru Coffee

Obsessed with the place. I get the iced mocha with coconut and it hits the spot every time. The blueberry muffin is also very good.

They did treat me well as this was my first physical visit to the store, I had only ordered from them through a food app delivery service before, the drink was delicious, but the menu was confusing, and the only complaint I have is that when I was choosing my drink and worried about ordering something that was not good, they were not reassuring when they told me they would not replace it if it tasted horrible. Thankfully the drink a day turned out okay but I don't like the feeling of gambling on my drink when they're that expensive as they are.

It has been months since I posted the previous words... and today is their birthday. I feel like their friendliness and service - despite some turnover in their staff - has not let up. Still a smile and a little chat greet me every day I drive up.

We go here regularly. The Irish Cream Breve is excellent, as are all of their drinks. The service is fast and the employees are very friendly. If you want something that is not from a huge conglomerate, with great tasting coffee, then this is your spot!

Very very good coffee. I highly recommend the German chocolate coffee. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because their parking lot is extremely confusing and small.
I love the fact that even tho they are a "drive thru" coffee chain they still provide outdoor seating and walkup service so even those who are unable to "drive thru" they will still be able to enjoy the great coffee they have simply by walking up and ordering.

First time here, got a large vanilla latte and a large cold brew. Both were very good and will be visiting more often.

The fix is a good place to grab some fun flavored teas. But I recently decided to stop tipping because I have gotten a few beverages that haven't been great (unfortunately) and the demeanor of the workers change when I don't leave a tip on my card. I have avoided going as often as I did because of these two items and I really did enjoy this location and the Tempe location. :(

My latte is never hot enough can be drank in 5 minutes

I try different drinks all are pretty good my favorites a German chocolate mocha. The staff are pretty friendly and upbeat. One of the times we did go we had a piece of glass in our drink. No one was hurt though.
