This is a cute shop downtown with great ice cream. The atmosphere is old fashioned and the staff has always been delightful. Scoops also has candy and trinkets to purchase.

Great service! The ice cream is made in house as are the waffles cones. They also have home made fudge and other delights!! The peanut butter fudge is incredible!!!

Delicious ice cream! They probably put real "cream" in their ice "cream" - they have to because you can taste the difference. Service is friendly and quick. The parlor is the authentic look.

This is a cool little ice cream parlor in Lake Havasu City. The have regular flavors and several specialty flavors they make seasonally. It can be difficult to find parking as there are several bars and restaurants right there.

The ice cream is so delicious can definitely tell it was hand made! We were camping about 20 miles away but went back everyday for a week while we were there!
