Scoops Homemade Ice Cream

This is excellent ice cream. I had Butter Brickel and maple nut in the best tasting waffle cone I've ever had. Butter Brickel may have been the best tasting ice cream I've ever had. The waffle cones were just made fresh when I came in! When I visit my grandpa again I will be returning!

Fantastic ice cream! It's hard to do ice cream wrong, but they do it super right!

The Ice Cream was good but the older lady that was working was not a very polite person. She was not only rude to us but overheard her with other customers also. I will go back and try it again hopefully she was just having a bad day.

I had the salty caramel and butter pecan. A lot of homemade ice cream is overrated. Usually give me Tillamook or Umpqua instead. But Scoops knows what they're doing and have reasonable prices and serving sizes. I'll make a point of going there next time I'm in town.

i went today with my friends first of all horrible customer surface the lady rolled her eyes at us when she gave us the wrong thing even though she wrote it down on a piece of paper do they not know how to read? I guess not. The lady kept talking about us with her employee. Just because she is having a bad day don’t mean she gotta give us a bad day. And they gave us 1 scoop of ice cream remind you we order 4 for $40 dollars a complete waste of money never again going there lady was so rude super disrespectful and it’s not our fault she doesn’t wanna work okay so please if you want good ice cream go somewhere else please. I will never come here again like I said a complete waste of money for a tiny little bowl. If I had came with my mom she would’ve never gave me attitude so you better watch out.

It was a great experience. The ice cream and waffle cones were amazing and the young gal that took care of us was wonderful. We will be back and recommend it to everyone.

I called from Utah after getting home from work in the afternoon to see if I could order an ice cream birthday cake for the next day for a granddaughter turning 18. Since cakes are made to order and follow a process over time to complete, it was not at first certain they could do it. Then, Karen (?) said, "I can do it. I'llstart tonight and pick it up after 3PM tomorrow". I want to say they did a perfect job ( I received a picture)! It was a beautiful cake which I very much regret not being there to get a piece of it! My granddaughter loved it!

They not only have great ice cream and lots of flavors but it just has an amazing, oldtimey atmostphere!

Ice cream is so yummy! Ordered an ice cream cake for Dad's Birthday and I love you can pick flavor of ice cream. Will be our go to spot for ice cream cakes now!
