Staff was very friendly and attentive. Smelled of old fryer oil when we walked in. This was our first time here and we stopped in for breakfast. Everything had the potential to be very tasty. The grill was turned up too high for breakfast foods. The pancakes, eggs, and bacon were way too over-cooked on the outside. The hash browns were very good. Lots to look at in the restaurant. We will try this place again, maybe for lunch.

Grabbed some ๐ while traveling thru. Friendly and fast service. Burgers cooked perfectly, and can't believe u can order a 1lb version! Onions rings were delicious. Fun decor and had sports playing one the TV screens.

The service was amazing. The decor was great and fun for car guys and 50s fans. The menu was varied but our food was mediocre. But for an experience it was worth the stop.

My wife and I passed through town on a roadtrip and found the Hot Rod Cafe online. We stopped in for a hearty breakfast and were pleased with the kind service (their patio is dog friendly and our server brought our pooch some water and a treat), the super fluffy pancakes, and the great value. The portions were large and everything was tasty. All in all a great experience and would go back to try their lunch or dinner - the menu looked great! Recommend.

Cool place. Sandwiches have car names. Food was good and staff was great. Pictures and memorabilia made for great decor.

Hot Rod Cafe is a cute cafe. Located right off of Historic Route 66. Not much to look at from the outside, but once you go in itโs is decorated in car parts, NASCAR, and hot rods. The food was good we had burgers and the meat loaf. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.
