Would the Glendale Lola location stand up to the original? The answer is yes!!! Friendly staff and coffee just as good! Get the scramble with chorizo. You won't be disappointed.

I have been coming to Lola for a couple of times now and I found that they are friendly, great customer service, excellent coffee and delicious baked sweet treats(fat pills) that are made from scratch. I love small, personal coffee shops that do not have corporation inconsistencies or burnt coffee. A must try!!!

Great little neighborhood coffee shop. Love the Iced Chai!

I really enjoy going here, I'm in multiple times a week! Two baristas really stand out - Kailey and Julia are both super nice and very kind to their customers. Can't wait to go back to get my almond joy tomorrow morning!

It's ok, but not great... The espresso in my cortado was darker roast than I like. If you like dark roast this place is probably fine for you. If you like lighter roast, probably look elsewhere. They didn't have pour overs on the menu. The Mexican wedding cookie was amazing! Might come back just for that.

I prefer Union coffee or Well coffee in this area of town.

Unfortunately, I hate to give a bad review, but this only applies to the coffee. The ambiance is nice, the customer service is great, but the coffee is just plain bad. It could be the product their using. This in no way should reflect on the employees there.

Best coffee shop on the west side. They use more shots of espresso than any other place I know of. They have all the available non dairy milks. It's out of the way fo me but it's worth it.

They did a wonderful update to the old Coffee Bean& Tea Leaf shop - really nice ambience! I had a large (16 oz) plain, brewed coffee and a cinnamon roll. I noted that the cinnamon rolls looked burned, but the barista assured me it was a brown sugar-bourbon icing. It wasn't; they were burned, dry, tough, and totally inedible - tossed in trash. Coffee was good, not *very* good, but good. I was charged $7.99 for the coffee and cinnamon roll. My friend asked for decaf, and the barista said he did not have any, but be happy to make an Americano. What the barista did not mention was that the large Americano would be another $2, so my friend paid $10 for the Americano and a single slice of pound cake (which he reports was edible). I noted an abundance of students inside and outside working on laptops (free wifi), with a Lola drink, but all of them brought their own food - some from shops nearby. So, I would say the price is way too high for what they offer. Hopefully, adjustments will be made with regard to quality of food and beverages, as well as price.

If you like a strong, well-rounded, flavorful cup of coffee, this is your place. The coffee is delicious! Also, I didn't do it, but it seems like a great place to go to work or study.
