Super friendly service, delicious coffee, and delicious looking baked items.
I had just eaten lunch so wasn't able to sample the sweets, but I'll definitely be back to try a sample of the fresh baked items!

The pan de yuca is absolutely delicious!! I tried the guava and dulce de leche and will definitely be ordering again!! They are so fresh and made with lots of love! The owner and chef is very talented and super friendly. What a treat to have Ecuadorian cuisine here in Arizona!!

Galapagos Coffee Shop is my favorite for Ecuadorian food. Everything I have tasted has been so yummy, but the pan de yuca is my favorite! I could eat them for days! The service is wonderful, and the owner is “salt of the earth.” Highly recommend!
