This coffee shop is a hidden gem! The owner is amazing and so full of life :) her fresh Ecuadorian food is so filling and tastes incredible. Love that her treats and chocolate are gluten free.

Alexandra is a gem. Delicious, gluten free treats. Yummy drinks including a wonderful iced chai latte. Sweet place. A fantastic small business in Gilbert!

My family is from Ecuador and I have been searching for Ecuadorian food in the area and this place is amazing! I went to it for the first time today and loved it. The owner is so friendly and the baked goods were delicious, especially the pan de yuca. I will definitely be back to support this business!

Expect to experience a true South American experience at this Ecuadorian coffee spot. Owned by the sweetest Ecuadorian woman who greets and converses with each customer as if they’ve always been friends. Her shop has the most welcoming and inclusive vibes, the most delicious coffees, and my personal favorite, pan de yucca, which is an Ecuadorian cheese “bread” made by the owner herself. If you want to be a valued guest, and experience coffee made with pride, come to Galapagos.

An absolute gem for all things coffee (and more)! The coffee offerings are some of the best you'll ever taste and are so much better than any corporate coffee shop (Starbucks who?) 🙂
The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and service is always warm and caring. Next time you're in the neighborhood, treat yourself and stop in. You'll instantly become a regular. ☕🥧😋

I am so glad we decided to check this place out, love the overall vibe it has. The coffee is rich and the pandeyucca pairs very well with it. Alexandria was very sweet and welcoming, she has created an amazing space. In addition to coffee and a few bites, she also has palettas, soaps, lotions, bracelets, and much more by talented artists showcased around the shop. I will definitely be going back.

What a cute, colorful little coffee shop. The owner is super sweet. Another hidden gem. I tried an iced dirty chai and it was tasty!

Seriously need to try the coffee here if you haven’t! Beans are so good and you don’t need sweetener in the drink! I get an iced coffee with a splash of cream! Lady who owns it is so kind, and you are supporting a local Ecuadorian cafe! Also try the what are the little cheese things!

This shop is so adorable. The owner is warm and full of energy. My dirty chai tea latte with coconut milk was delicious and the pan de yucca was gluten free and so amazing.

I met Alexandra today, and she is so friendly and kind. I love the vibe of the coffee shop and all the art. My latte was so good. We did a coconut and Carmel latte.
