Dutch Bros Coffee

I mostly go to Dutch Bros to get an Italian soda with cream it's very good

Dutch Bros seem to have it together regardless of the one you choose to stop and get a treat or beverage at.

This one was clean and the people were awesome, the line moved fast.

I did forget to get my Arizona sticker they were giving out today, (bummer) I guess my gym water bottle is not going to flying that one.

I ordered the wrong version of my drink....iced vs blended. When they delivered it I had a bewildered look as to what they were handing me. The gentleman noted I was confused and asked if it looked right. I realized in that split moment that I had asked for the wrong thing and owned up to it very quickly. He offered to remake it, I kindly declined. Seconds later as the car in front was leaving a gentleman returned to my truck with what I had wished I had ordered.

Exceptional customer service at this location!

They were extremely kind and explained their different options as this was our first time going to Dutch Bros. They also gave a free drink to mu sister for her birthday which was also pretty neat. Great customer service!

I was in the area and still had $5 left on a gift card. This is a place I almost never go if I pay for it myself, and the reason is the LINE. The fact that it always takes so long because of all the chatting and slowness, it's silly to have to wait in line 20 minutes or more for a drink. No one wants to be idling their car at these gas prices for that long these days either! This location was particularly slow when they did not need to be. Also my drink was a little less sweet than I would have liked, I always order half sweet because both sweet is way too much. And almost every time I order half sweet it's just right. But this particular location gave me more or less what I would consider a quarter sweet, compared to the other locations I've ordered from. It was my first time at this particular location.

This place is stupid expensive and doesn’t showcase their prices online so you purposely get stuck in their bfe drive thru.

I'm giving them four stars because I hate the wait!! I usually avoid popular times but they're always busy but man, do I love their coffee. 🤤

I went to the Dutch Bros on Higley this past week and Lindsey helped me! She went above and beyond and was super patient when I had forgotten my debit card! Everyone there is always so courteous. That day she went above and beyond to help and I wanted to share that she should be commended for her kindness and service!

We were visiting from San Diego and we were headed back home stopped for some drinks. Staff was amazing beyond expectations they even added messages to our cups. We appreciate the customer service didn’t catch the girls name is who helped us but she was super friendly and the gentleman with the red hair (sorry didn’t catch names) was caring due to some crazy ppl in the drive thru driving crazy wrong way in. We appreciated the gift too thank you Dutch Bros team

You really should considered having someone who adds a drink at the window pull to the side, so the rest of us can get through. I'm waiting in line with my drink and I already paid, seems inconvenient. You need a better system...this coming someone in the service industry.
