The Toasted Owl East Side

This is the worst dining experience I've ever had. I understand that it's graduation weekend and we had a large party. However, it should not take close 2 1/4 hours to get drinks, order and get our check. We had small children in our group and any parent of kids knows that is a ridiculously long amount of time to expect your child to behave and wait for food. Our orders were messed up multiple times too. I have never had to wait so long at a restaurant.... and that's AFTER we were sat. There was already about a 30 minute wait to be sat. Hopefully they can get it together and get better staff because the atmosphere was terrific. But I could hardly enjoy it while waiting from breakfast time into lunchtime to get food.

Lovely place to eat, good food and pleasant atmosphere. Lots of choices for people with dietary restrictions, including celiacs.

All around great experience. Admittedly, I’m not the most simple person to serve at a restaurant. My dietary restrictions make for lots of substitutions- Carly handled them graciously and provided excellent service. The food was great as well.

This place made us all sick today...the food was worse than a cafeteria at the worst mall in America. We had the fried chicken sandwich, the ruben and a kids cheese sandwich, all of it tasted old and very poor quality. The waitress was nice and took off our kid's really disgusting cheese sandwich that was hard and my kid couldn't bite through, it looked like it had sat out all night...but all the food was sub par and we all feel like throwing up right now, a few hours later. Save yourself and do not eat here, they charge the same prices you can get great food at other fine restaurants in Flagstaff.

Yummmmmmmmm! Ordered vegi breakfast tamales. Super delish but man, that green chili sauce was a mindbender. Nice kick. This place is funky and great for a pre hike fuel up! Don't miss it!

Love this place. Unique atmosphere, good food, polite staff. I love the cinnamon bun and had an omelet. Both were very good. If I have one complaint it would be that they don't come around with coffee refills often enough. I would definitely eat here again and night tomorrow.

Service is hit or miss. Last time we went we sat for 15 minutes before anyone even took our drink order. Food is decent if you like rosemary and garlic on everything.
