Coffee is alright. Food is bland and overpriced. On two separate visits my burrito and sandwich had no flavor. My girlfriend’s “toasted” bagel was cold. And the guy scratched his nose in the middle of preparing food and didn’t change gloves.

Cafe with a drive through that has awesome food, tasty drinks, and killer service. Well that’s Kickstand Kafe! I would have to say the drive through is a well oiled machine. They move customers though the line fast. If you are looking for something to try, get the calabacitas burrito, this is a must try.

The owner seemed nice the first time we went. Coffee is great! Plenty of options and all made well. However, this recent visit lacked in customer service. It may have been because we came at the end of the day (about an hour before they close) and they were trying to wind down. Plenty of other patrons around so I'm not sure what the deal was.

A bit pricey but very tasty. I had the grilled cheese - excellent. Even better was the chai latte. I like mine spicy and this was very good.

The real reason for a 2-star review is their service and food. I've gone here many times as it is convenient from home to work. The coffee is pretty good - I wish they offered more medium roasts but all in all its a good cup for a good price.
However, each time I have ordered a breakfast food item (sandwich, burrito, etc.) they have gotten it wrong. When I ask for no cheese (being lactose intolerant) they put cheese on it. When I ask for a bacon and egg sandwich, they give me sausage and egg. When I ask and PAY for them to add avocado, they don't include it. They clearly are not focusing on the task - which is rather frustrating when you get something on the go at the drive-thru and don't discover the mistake till it is too late.
Additionally, there is a lack of professionalism. The staff partake in negative and critical conversation about customers - saying mocking things about them as soon as they turn around and leave. Sure, we all like to joke about a Jerry wearing obnoxiously bright snowpants, or mock the customer who seems a little bit needy - but saying these things within ear shot of other customers is inappropriate and should be done elsewhere.

3 great things about Kickstand:
1. The staff there are all awesome, kind, and many have worked there for a pretty long time.
2. They've had my favorite tea (a Sencha) and the same bomb baked goods for years. A little consistency is nice.
3. They have plenty of space outside and inside, so there's almost always room to hang out for a while.
(sometimes parking is a challenge...but whatevs)

We sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes waiting for our food, they tried to give us 3 orders that were not ours, when we finally received our food (2 croissant sandwiches) the eggs were ice cold. The eggs had obviously been taken straight out of the fridge and put on our sandwiches. We will not return. This is the 2nd time we've had bad service. The 1st time we got home and had no eggs on our sandwiches. We always give places a 2nd chance. There will not be a 3rd chance!

They server lily’s coffee not local roasters.On a Saturday there was no one managing that was over 25. This time I felt service was very poor even though there was 3 people behind the counter.
