I placed an order for a Baratza Encore burr grinder on Tuesday 10/20/20. It shipped the same day, and it arrived 2 days later. Everything arrived perfectly and I’m very excited to use it tomorrow morning! My only issue (and it’s something I did) was I slightly tore the rubber gasket; hopefully it lasts for a while before I have to replace it. Cheers!!
