I came here for some last minute studying the day before a big test with my friend, and I absolutely just loved the environment. The cashiers were mellow and cheerful as was the mood of the place. Additionally, the prices were cheaper than other brand named coffeeshops and the quality was as good if not better. I'd definitely take this small business over Starbucks any day.

Coffee rush is the best! Awesome baristas who make the best coffee and strike up awesome conversations with their customers. I dont feel like a customer when I'm there but like family that they cant wait to talk to again and make us a refreshing beverage.

I haven’t been to the other locations, but it was my first time here, and I absolutely like it that outside patio that faces the lake.

This place is great!! As soon as I walked in I greeted. The atmosphere has a homey feel. I went to order my chai tea, which is amazing by the way, the barista was great!! Incredibly friendly. He greeted me with a smile and spoke to me like we are long time friends. As I was waiting I saw another barista picking up the place, wiping tables, organizing the sugars. I am in love with the patio area outside!! It has great views!! I was able to just relax and focus on my homework. They have misters outside and great music playing!! I was happy that I have found this place! It's a great place to study, catch up with friends or just stare at the water and just relax!!

The views are amazing and the drinks are yummy but the thing that stands out is how fast, friendly, and on top of things the staff is. I’ve never had a bad experience here and bring everyone who visits me in Chandler to this spot. It’s become my go to spot and it’s awesome they’re open so late because it makes for a relaxing place to work, read, or chit chat even into the night.

I would give zero stars if possible. We had walked a long way with a BABY, ran into sprouts to get some food, and found seating next to coffee rush and sat down to grab a bite, to which a female worker approaches us (not knowing whether or not we were customers of her or waiting on friends) most likely because if you don’t sit with a cup that says coffee rush you are not customers, but anyways she proceeded to say the seats are only for coffee rush customers and that we are welcome to go in and purchase a drink. She didn’t approach anyone else. Poor customer service, and quick to assume, so no we won’t be purchasing anything from coffee rush, and will no longer be recommending to friends to meet here. We will meet elsewhere. We no longer live near here, and were trying to meet friends here to hang out, and visit our old area.

Their chai tea is the best tea I've had so far, and the atmosphere feels kinda cozy. Plenty of lighting and the view of the lake, especially during the evening is great. The only issue I have with Coffee Rush is the internet. I had to jump through hoops to get it to connect (you have to enable JavaScript and popup windows) and you have a 3 hr limit on the internet. Some websites and apps may be blocked by their firewall (I had issues joining a voice channel on Discord), so there's that.
Overall, I'm happy with their drinks, service, and atmosphere, but the process of connecting to their internet makes me want to do my work elsewhere.
