This is a really great neighborhood coffee shop right on the lake. They have a nice patio with several chairs and tables, right next to the lake.
The service is fast and friendly and the drinks are amazing! The prices are fair. Strongly recommend giving this coffee shop a try.
*Parking can fill up quickly, so you may need to park in the main lot a few yards down.

They make a great cappuccino! The parking lot is a little tight and limited on spots. There is a great outdoor covered seating area overlooking water. The treat offerings are very limited. The staff is always very helpful. I will say that the decor is a little worn and could use some love. The photos of the staff and customers are a sweet touch.

Decided to check this place out since we were going to spend the day in Chandler and the coffee didn’t disappoint! For a Saturday, there were plenty of seats available and we were lucky to have beautiful weather while sitting outside! We had a great view and great coffee/tea. I had their americano and my mom had their peach and mango green tea. Both were great! Service was nice and quick!

As soon as I walked in I felt welcome. The service was quick and the coffee was amazing. I ordered a double espresso shot (recommended for only the most intense coffee lover), a vanilla latte, and a Carmel machiato. I had to try several coffees to get a good estimate of the quality of coffee. Loved every drink, and I can't wait to go back. Thank you, Coffee Rush, for the drinks and amazing baklava.

This is a great little neighborhood coffee shop and a huge plus, they open at 5:00 a.m. The patio on the water is an oasis in the desert. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. The coffee is good at a fair price. It’s a great place to visit with friends or just relax by yourself and enjoy the view of the lights reflecting on the water.

Another spot I haven't been in awhile. Super quick on the drink order. And out to the patio for oh so nice weather alongside the lagoon. Was a good way to spend some time and enjoy my coffee without dealing with traffic

What can I say about Coffee Rush? This original location has been in Chandler since at least 2006, because I've been going there most of those years. You used to be able to see the owners here at this location, they're really not around anymore at any of the Coffee Rush locations. The reason I mention this is that the owners actually cared about customers.
The coffee, and also the food are usually pretty decent. When it's not, and I might need to say something to an employee, they're usually not very happy that I asked them to redo the order because they messed up. My advice to the employees... slow down and listen to what your customers are asking for. I know there's usually a line, that doesn't mean that you could not pay attention to what the customer you're helping right now is asking for.
The decor is extremely dated, has not been updated since 2006 (some cleaning please!) Seriously time for a makeover indoors and outdoors. I used to go here all the time when in college and it was a nice fun environment. Now things need to change and you need to remodel, improve, and hire some new people. At the time of this review, the space next door is empty. You should break open the wall and lease/buy that space and make this place bigger.
Just my opinion, but knock down the overhang over the patio, it's too dark out. Part of the reason I go to a coffee shop is to hangout outdoors and enjoy the nice weather and sunshine. If you want to enjoy the outdoors/sunshine at this location, you'll have to sit on the grass by the ducks and the fake lake that is in need of much repair.
Regarding the coffee, 90% of the time they get it right, 10% of the time they don't. When they don't get it right, it's a hassle to have to have them redo it. That being said, it's much better and cheaper than Starbucks. I would rather come to a local establishment and give them my money.
Regarding tipping the "baristas/college students", most of the time I don't tip, because most of the time they really don't care about doing a good job. Excel at your job and care about the customers, and I'll give a great tip.

Its beside a beautiful lake but that's it. My experience was super rude service. I was helping my mom pick something she was unfamiliar with and there seemed to be a rush. Like get it and leave already type of vibe, not to mention the latte was cold. I don't come here often just here n there but I'll just go to Starbucks from here on out. I hope you have a better experience than me.

I go here every Saturday to study but not anymore. It’s Christmas Day at noon and I came to sit at the bench they have to eat my lunch really quick since I was alone on Christmas. I wanted to have a nice lunch by the lake. And this lady in a Christmas hat ironically comes out saying I can’t sit there bc they open at 2 pm. I wasn’t bothering anyone and I was playing Pokémon Go on my phone. I spend so much money here and this is how they treat their customers. Especially on Christmas nonetheless.
