Love dutch bros but this is the lowest energy one I’ve ever been to!! They rarely do the runner system. Employees act sluggish and bored. I hope Travis Boersma will visit and set these guys straight…

Sweet drinks, sweet people, however the dutch on Val Vista and Mercy has CHANGED! The teens have taken over! It must have been an employees birthday she and friends where going in and out with hats, flowers, taking pictures.. That's not toooo bad, BUT, a male employee inside making drinks was wearing a tank top the thing that kept crossing my mind was hygiene, and hair😳! Line was long, normal..
But this Dutch, is usually one of the best !!! Its dropped 2 stars.. Makes me sad. Hopefully when I go back, if I go back soon, things will be better❤

First timer! I was in town visiting for the week from TX and decided to try this place. Aubrey stood at my car and took my order. She was very helpful in helping me understand the menu options. It was such a pleasant experience I decided to come back each day the rest of my visit! This place has such a great atmosphere and all the employees appear to love and take pride in their jobs.

So much Variety in drinks starting with coffee, tea’s, lemonade & Rebel energy drinks add any flavor so amazing! I choose Dutch Bros instead of Starbucks in my opinion!

I honestly can't say why this place is so busy all the time. Yes their coffee is ok and the staff is friendly but I hate having to wait 20mins each time to get a coffee. Hope they can figure out a way to move the line faster, until then I'm trying a different place.

Good drinks and service is phenomenal. The rebel drinks are great. The pricing is fair when comparing to buying regular energy drinks at a convenience store, at first the pricing may shock you. The overall experience was worth it. On weekends the line is super long but during the week it's pretty fast.

The employees here have always been exceptionally friendly and the service fast. You would be hard pressed to find anyplace with a wider variety of drinks. It also is conveniently located on Florence Blvd.

Good! Love the friendly talk & chats! The App doesn't always work and it gets a lot of hang ups. But the lines move REALLY fast here and the people hare at this location are AMAZING compared to the Maricopa City, Arizona!!

Happy to have dutch bros locally now. We usually get the frozen coffee type drinks and find them to taste even better and be slightly larger than Starbucks where we had gone previously. Everyone working here is also very friendly. Highly recommend.
