Dutch Bros Coffee

I absolutely love Dutch Bros! Their wide variety of drink options, including sugar free, has this former SB loyal customer converted. Customer service is on point. Always friendly. But...at times, and sometimes frequently, friends and/or off duty team members driving in to visit on duty team members tends to make an already long wait very frustrating. This location is consistently busy with lines to the street. The last thing we want to see is 2 or 3 team members, supposedly assigned outside taking orders, congregated around a car, having a chat while customers wait to give their orders. Don't get me wrong, I still love this place, and will continue to be a patron. It's just a customer disservice that may be worth addressing. Also a second location up on North Pinal would be nice. 😉

I love Dutch bro!! I go there every morning and get the golden eagle! All the employees became my friend and knowing who Iam because of how many times I go there! Super friendly and amazing!

Always love going to Dutch! The drinks are always amazing, the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is always electric!

PSA: Dutch Bros employees are allowed to come in at any point in the day, even if the line is going into the street, and skip the line and make their own drink before any of the others go out. Now we know why it always takes at minimum 10 minutes for one drink, we are all waiting for them to make their own drinks.

Oh and this is all confirmed by employee Lina. She confidently used this as the reason to why he came and went with his drink before mine had even began to be made.

FIRST TIMER!!! Today was my first time ever at Dutch Bros, and what a great choice. The shop was busy, and the "Mafia" came out to take our order while we waited and we were able to pay. Before we even hit the window, our drinks were made and brought to us by the most delightful lady. When we made it to the window, she was there to greet us again along with the whole staff to help us celebrate our first time. Great coffee and best service I have ever had. Thank you so much guys, you really have a special crew and great smiles. Wish I could stick around but thank you for the great welcome.

Blended 9-1-1 Picture perfect, with whipped cream. If you have not tried it, why are you still alive. Get you some of that. Yummy.

Was visiting my best friend...I'm from Indiana...and a complete coffee junkie...has never had DB...it was amazing and the service was spectacular !

Amazing tasty and super friendly place here at Dutch Bros!! Always a favorite when we come to Arizona. Vanilla iced coffee is where we always order and it never fails. I recommend for you to bring the family if you love craft coffee. Just what we needed for a long ride to the desert back to California!

My grandma goes all the time absolutely love the random choices that the workers pick for me because I can't decide lol.
