Dutch Bros Coffee

Ran by aj locals, be patient. They have a pointless system for taking orders of drive ups. There is 2 lanes and they finish one before the start on the other. Even if had been waiting or not. Just eliminate the two lanes and go with one.. I don't have the patience and wish them the best. Go to Black Rock or Starbucks.

Dutch Brothers Coffee blows away Starbucks any day of the week! The staff is beyond professional and kind, even funny. Great place awesome products!

They come to your car & take the order so it is ready by the time you get to the pick up window. Their app is very easy to use. Good customer service.

Friendly service and great coffee but todays order was not up to par. Drink order not correct and the four coffees we got were not flavorful. The iced toasted marshmallow coffee had no flavor was like watered milk. The hot coffe wasn't that flavorful either. The slushy rebel was not a slushy. Overall let down for my out of town guests. I drive out of my way for this coffe but today it was not worth the drive or the money.

Long wait for average coffee drinks. Staff was very congenial. Customer service was great.

Takes alot of nerve charging $3.75 for a large coffee that is utterly bland and tasteless, when McDonald's right down the street charges $1 for same, actually tastes like coffee. What a bust. Lesson learned, never again. I have no doubt their other drinks are delish and worth the cost but not the coffee.

Always great service. If I have any complaints it would be that they need to put a little more flavoring in their drinks. It's the best around here tho!

I LOVE DUTCH BROS. However at this location I always get cut in line and the most frustrating part is my drinks are always inconsistent. I’ll still grab my morning coffee at this location being it’s 4 miles from my house but It’s not my favorite stand.

Very unprofessional and not like any other Dutch Bro’s I’ve been to. Normally the staff is so polite and they manage the cars in the drive through so well, we waited for 15 minutes while they only processed one lane of traffic... one car even said that we were before them and they informed him that we could wait as we were on the “sunny” side in the heat.

Awesome people awesome drinks. But for the love of God stop asking for a tip you make $12.50 a hour. Other places with drive-thru like Starbuck's, Burger King, and Chick-Fil-A to name a few don't ask this. Plus it's rude.
