Dutch Bros Coffee

Went here for the first time on Halloween of this year. Can't believe it took me this long. I am addicted to the energy drinks. So many different combinations! Everyone is super friendly and the wait is not long in the drivethru.

I think I'm done coming to this location, and we've been hitting this spot since their grand opening. I hate the double line system. We frequently get stuck behind and end up getting cut by people who just showed up when we've sat there for 10+ minutes. Wait is always long, no matter when you show up. Other locations don't seem to have these problems.

This use to be my go to coffee place but sadly the service and customer service has gone way downhill as of recently when the stand manager changed. Every single time I go the last few months my drink has been incorrect and the manager and staff don’t care and give attitude when I let them know. Unfortunately the staff seems to be feeding off the stand manager Rosie I don’t care attitude. Not going to spend $6 on a drink for me to have to throw it away. Also the wait time has gone downhill as there is never employees there in the morning anymore. Went on Saturday and between the drive thru and having to wait in line for them to fix my drink yet again was an hour. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm not completely sure what is happening at this location. Waiting 30 minutes stuck in line for coffee is crazy. At any other location depends on how busy the wait time is 10 minutes tops. Coffee is great. Not sure if I'll go back to this location any time soon.

I did not email Dutch Bros with the issues I had before.

Today was a 180 for this this location, staff was quick and very friendly. Our drinks were ready by the time we reached the window. All in about 5 mins. Glad to see that the issue I had has been addressed. Would recommend going here if you need your coffee fresh and taste.

I was a bit disappointed with Dutch Bros on my last visit. Service was extremely slow, it took about 30 mins to get to the window and there was only 5 cars ahead of us when we started. This the first time that I have ever see seen a lack of speed at Dutch Bros. It was taking 3 baristas to make one drink. They were not multi tasking at all.

Always good for a fantastic coffee or smoothie drink served with a smile 😃. The rewards program on the app is worthwhile and pays out often.

It is mothers day 2023 today and my fiance and i got coffee here this morning and we have been throwing up ever since. Anyone else had this happen to them today?

Asked specific questions about how the coffee is made to order. My or was not made correctly. And the delivery window person did not put a sticker on my lid hole and my coffee spilled all over my car. Very disappointing experience.

I have a Bugatti Berry rebel and I am set and primed. Greenway Dutch Bros has the nicest kindest staff working there.
