Rough Woods Inn

We stopped for lunch. The place is nice and comfortable. The food was delicious and plentiful. They were very friendly and were glad to talk about Nenana, The Ice Classic and how to play. Even the other patrons were friendly and talkative with regards to the town. I just wish I was able to try the local beer but they had run out. Next time!

Was a spectacular little find for food in an otherwise quiet town . The owners were funny and very kind, the price was very fair and the food was great . Will def stop again when driving through !

A mom & pop diner known for its cinnamon rolls, personal service and history. Nenana is the halfway mark of the 1925 Great Race of Mercy. (Google it.)

This place is wonderful! We stayed one night here and had breakfast in the morning. Everything was super affordable after Anchorage prices, and the bed was very comfortable, and the sourdough pancakes were awesome! The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating to us when we booked last minute passing through town. Also a great spot to watch the northern lights!

Cute, cozy cafe, with amazing prices and friendly service! Food was tasty with decent sized portions! 10/10 would come again.
