Sweet Mermaids is phenomenal, the employees are always so sweet and the sandwiches are so good the coffee is always fresh and never burnt I truly love being in such a comfortable environment

Wonderful atmosphere and food. The bagle deli sandwich was great. The pastries we're very inviting. Kept myself to an oatmeal bar with chocolate chips and coconut that was delicious. Coffee is good as well. The staff is friendly and obviously enjoy what they are doing. The place is spacious but comfortable and cozy.

Super friendly people who really care about the quality of the food they produce. The menu is awesome and items are always made fresh. The sweet treats are unbelievable. The baristas really know their stuff and make some of the best coffee in town. Locally owned and operated.

Great little coffee, dessert and food right in downtown Ketchikan. Everything they make is delicious!

Treats here were absolutely delicious! We were visiting from out of town and had a few sea salt caramels and they were nothing short of amazing! If fact, my Mom ordered an entire batch just to bring back home with us to Washington State the next day. Coffee was great as well as the crab dip we sampled while there.

Ordering my Mom some of those caramels now for her birthday next week!
Maybe she'll appreciate the gensture and allow me one!

Didn't get a chance to eat their hopped off the ship without eating breakfast to eat local but Google says they're open at 7 the door says 9 the door actually said 709
