Brothers' Cafe

I love this place! Always have all my friends come here, can always count on great food and drinks. Love the teas too-for those tea lovers.

Ordered an amazing lunch for the staff at Kenai Vision Center. Everyone commented on how good the food was, and the service was phenomenal! If you are looking for a great experience and wonderful food, ve sure to visit Brothers Cafe in the Kenai Airport.

Went there for lunch today. Was served an undrinkable beverage, food was mediocre, and service was awful. Tipped well anyway. Now currently suffering from all the most fun symptoms of food poisoning. Will not be going back.
*edit to add: Aside from giving the drink back, we were polite to the server and tipped well. Even when giving the drink back I did not insist on a replacement, or make any accusations, or express anger in any way. There was no reason for her to be "nearly in tears" because we didn't do or say anything that would cause that. The poor service referenced was partly due to the rush, but also partly due to the fact that the waitress brought our food to the table and then suddenly turned around and said "I have to ask something" and walked away with our food... only to return 30 seconds later with the same food? Bizarre. Finally, I wouldn't have left a review at all, good or bad, if I hadn't gotten very sick from it. It was the only food or drink I had that day (besides water) prior to becoming ill. I have had many poor experiences with service in this restaurant, including a waitress who ignored me standing right in front of her at the counter for several awkward minutes (did not even acknowledge me in any way even after I said hi) before she walked away and I had to flag down a guy from the back to take my order. I haven't been to the restaurant in over a year because of the repeated poor service and/or mediocre food, but decided to give it another chance on this day. I regret it.
I appreciate a response from the co-owner, but don't appreciate him making it sound like we did something wrong.

I have only lived in Kenai since September and have eaten at Brothers Cafe 2 or 3 times and have really have enjoyed my meals there. The staff is always very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend you give it a try.

I had my wedding reception here and they were phenomenal!
Amazing chef Lyndell and unforgettable food!

The food is really great, they make their own bread and the fries etc aren't from the frozen section.
The coffee was amazing and the waitress was so friendly and helpful!
The atmosphere was mostly clean and homey.
The negatives? There wasn't any social distancing. The waitress wasn't wearing a mask, and she was carrying cups by the tops.
I did try a donut and went with a custard filled. Initially I thought the cook must have filled it with tapioca pudding. But that would be an odd choice: the filling was not mixed enough. I mentioned it to the waitress.

Located in the Kenai Airport. This hidden gem is generally not too busy as the patrons are short stay, The locals however know about this and frequent it when the other restaurants are over run. Great biscuits and gravy, good coffee, and fast service. Say hello to Zack while you are there.

Always fresh, delicious, and super nice staff! The biscuits are made fresh and the bfast sandwich with them are the BEST I've ever had. Coffee is good, as are the prices 😉

I literally flew into Kenai and the owner was kind enough to offer me some Cawfee and have me leave with a free pumpkin pie. I have always had a wonderful experience with the Staff, and it boosted my energy leaving with my favorite pie❤
