Brothers' Cafe

The servers we friendly and genuinely cheery. Our food was fresh and delicious, the cafe was clean and pleasant with plenty of sunshine. Oh, and my americano was excellent! We plan to return soon!

First time I dined here! My waitress was excellent! As a believer in Jesus Christ she had a witness of love that comes from God!

I ordered the crispy spicy chicken and onion rings! There goes the diet!! The entire platter was made from scratch !

OK this is seriously the best place to eat in Kenai. The service was amazing. I think the girls name was Alana she was very cheerful outgoing and gave us a lot of suggestions. She even came up with her own rendition of fries called the hot mess fries. They were delicious! They should actually put them on the menu!! I couldn’t believe my spicy chicken sandwich has it was a real chicken breast nice and thick and fried crispy on homemade buns who else does that? The burger was hand pressed it was thick and juicy and again was on a homemade bun. Everyone else in town does things fast food type and this was felt like home cooking!!! I will be a regular!

I don’t write reviews but I would give this place 5 stars based off of taste but the afternoon waitress wasn’t very polite, wasn’t very attentive and when asked if we liked our food we said it was delicious but the breading fell off the chicken sandwich which we didn’t make it a big deal, she then yelled into the kitchen that we were saying the breading fell off the sandwich really putting us and the chef on the spot as other customers could hear her. It was a weird and uncomfortable experience, won’t go again if she is there but other that that, food was great!

Brothers’ is a hidden gem! They have great breakfast and lunch and amazing donuts and baked goods. They also make fancy coffee! They have it all and I love it.

3 stars due to good food.👏Was worried tho, about how food was going to turn out if compared to the way we were treated as customers 😕 especially by the 'order taker' with black hair. Asked for straws when drinks brought out, [O.T.] said "we will get to that later" 😳 ordered speciality tea, got coffee when paying for food ticket @ end of meal, due to never receiving said 'tea'. Politely spoken to by employees, but they* seemed untrained in "hidden side eyes" when they* feel differently about a suggestion or comment from their customer. 🤔 had the best laugh here tho. Will remember it for years to come! 😁Barely receiving our meal, O.T. (order taker) very quickly slid our service ticket on table & in the most soft, delicate way I've ever witnessed, said in, well chosen words, hurry, leave (like gtf out leave) 😏😂
Place was becoming busy, located on first floor in Airport. Tables were full & not emptying fast enough. Albeit, 4 person table to the left of us, had a single person just lounging (w permission) for as long as they wanted. No one bothered her for the sake of the business. Rest assured, our table got the message(to leave)so clearly we laughed for about 8-10 minutes...like I said ..a good one! Pointing out, wasn't leaving until tea was refilled. I got it, along with missing hot drink, when paying to leave. 🙄😁😂
Btw, it wasn't just out table not getting good service. Witnessed several persons having to get up, go to bar to get refills, napkins..
Atmosphere seems lethargic. Guessing due to large windows facing runway, but nearly zero air traffic to enjoy 😉 no fault of rest/Airport...just commenting on how it would be different 😀

Awesome food, awesome decor and view, and awesome service. Spent a year in Alaska and used to come here weekly. Always looked forward to it. If you're in Kenai, do drop by this gem!

Surprisingly really good food!

One of my favorite places in Kenai! Anything you eat there is made from scratch and you can absolutely tell. The waitresses are always so kind and accommodating. It's a great place for a quick bite or a sit down with your family watching the planes take off!

Pleasant place to wait with a coffee and danish located near the gate before the flight .
