Not from around here and we randomly craved some boba tea and found this place! Such sweet workers, Boba tea is sooo good I also grabbed a matcha rolled ice cream! Best ever! Definitely check this place out if your in Fairbanks!

Don’t get the black sugar milk tea it’s basically sugar milk with boba ask for extra syrup if you do. Nothing like the photo of the drink

I loved the Boba they had tons of options to Choose from and the ice cream is delicious definitely recommend this place!

Our favorite boba spot in Fairbanks and the best we’ve had in Alaska! They’re drinks are pretty tasty and they aren’t too sweet which we appreciate.

However, their boba is anything but consistent. 4 times out of our last 6 visits, the boba was bad and of different consistency. Slimy, hot, frozen/slimy, watered down. Do yourself a favor and sample their boba before adding it to one of their great drink selections.

Creative ice cream menu and great presentation, however the environment left a lot to be desired. Strong smell of cleaning fluid ruined the taste of ice cream, however the dining area was dirty and there was a lonely dead cactus in the corner. Never thought it would be possible for my 4 year old to find an ice cream place he never wanted to come back to :/

I ordered a chocolate milkshake with Oreos and brownies and got a cup full of milk with ice and some chocolate syrup in the bottom. So I paid $8 for icy chocolate milk

Okay, listen. The ice cream is AWESOME. But the customer service is horrible and the place is always dirty. The woman at the counter can never hear you, has gotten my order wrong multiple times, and is rather rude. The floors are dirty, the water fountain is the corner looks disgusting, and the tables are often unwiped and covered in ice cream. If you are too busy to clean, you need to hire another person. Also the person at the counter should be the BEST customer service person on your team. Not someone who can’t hear or understand an order. I really like your product and what you offer, I will be back but from a business perspective there could be some improvements.

Came here today with my family. Both employees were extremely rude. We asked for water being it was our very first time being there and wasn’t sure what they had, they replied they didn’t have any. After ordering our ice cream there were more customers that order and also asked for water which they received. Still with it not being addressed we respectfully asked them do they normally have water in the container they’d had presented the reply was extremely nonchalant if you would consider it a response at all.

I have bought a lot of milk teas from here so i was surprised when I ordered something today and it came out sour and way too sweet when I ordered it less sweet. Lychee milk tea wasn’t supposed to taste that way, I’ve had it plenty of times from Sweet Monster and when I brought it up they told me no refunds/exchanges. Like what am I supposed to do when you make the drink wrong/inedible? It was sour like it was spoiled. I understand the employees just work there and are just enforcing policy but if you guys don’t make something correct what am I supposed to do? I don’t think I’m going to come back unless this is made right by someone. Spent $8 for a single drink and it was inedible.

Service and place are good and clean. Not for the boba tea :(

I am a big fan of Taro drink and milk tea. Finally got a chance to try it out after their grand opening. I ordered taro milk tea and not expected to taste something different, I was very disappointed with the taste. I could taste taro but feel like I was drinking 80% less sugar taro milk tea. On the other hand, husband ordered ice cream that tasted good.

Updates: My husband and I went back again for boba tea. I ordered black sugar with fresh milk and my husband ordered matcha frappe. Second attempts were not disappointing. Must try!!!!!!
