This place is a gem! I can't believe that you have to come up to the top of the world to find such great tea. Jenny owns Sipping Streams and she is so knowledgeable. The last time I was in, she performed a traditional matcha tea ceremony for me and explained the history/customs of the practice. I am someone who loves to learn new things, so I enjoy stepping into the tea shop. She often offers classes where you can learn things like how to make chaga tea or kombucha. I mean it's fabulous! My all time favorite is her masala chai (they have it brewed every day, it's so popular). Otherwise, I love the creamy milky matcha drink she has. SO GOOD! Did I mention almost all of her teas are award winning? She created the blends herself. Such a treasure here in Fairbanks!

First visit and Jay/Javion (?) was so informative and helpful. He offered great samples, educated us about teas and otherwise was very professional. He created a great experience.

This is such a sweet little shop. The Jasmine tea is so good, and the pork buns are delicious! I like the bubble tea, too for something fun. :)

If you love tea you must visit! They have a wide selection of teas from all over the world, and tasty baked goods to go with them. Very easy to spend hours here.

Always excellent service and delicious, unique treats. The tea is refreshing, with options to indulge and make an exotic drink boost the winter doldrums.

We had a great experience today in Sipping Streams when we met the owner who shared her stories! If you like tea this is a MUST go place in Fairbanks. If you are not a tea person, try their hot chocolate. You will want more.
