If you haven't been here yet than you're not a local. Easily the best Italian food in town which is saying something because we have a strong Italian food scene. Great family owned business with some amazing food!

I just went for the first time and ate the best panini I've ever had - their Mamma Mia.

Delicious food, finally a place that knows how to make a proper panini. Coffee is great too, highly recommend! Interior nails, you feel transported to a totally different world.

My husband and I were walking around downtown Anchorage last year and stumbled on Originale. The food here is simply phenomenal. Tastes fresh and delicious. I have to make a note about the consistency and the quality control. I have gotten the same sandwich (Nonni) every time I've ordered from here. Every time I've received it, it's amazing. Great service, always on time when we pull up for curbside.
People referring to the high prices - most of the quality meats and cheeses used are very high in price if you were to buy them yourself. It's not a Subway.

For an Italian like me so far away from home it is fantastic to have a place like "Originale" and being able to get some great Italian food. Ingredients are very high quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful (and they speak Italian!).

I've enjoyed their sandwiches for quite some time now. Very delicious.
I tried their dinner menu for the first time tonight and I am blown away with the pinsa pizzas! I've never been to Italy but you can taste and smell the authentisity of this food. It is a unique experience for this Alaskan.
