The Vietnamese coffee is very good if you like a strong coffee taste (make sure to get it with condensed milk) and the bubble waffles are amazing!

I order a passion fruit boba on Tuesday.
Is does not taste like anything close to passion fruit, but more like water with some artificial flavor in it. Boba part is terrible.

Great little cafe that just opened up love the music very fitting. Would highly recommend. I’ve traveled across the country and stopped at cafes in all the states along the way and they always have bitter coffee this place is different.

Found this new place this morning and it will be a new place for breakfast for us. Great iced coffee drinks and cant wait to try the Vietnamesem dishes advertised.
