This place is awesome. I came in at 2:30 when they would close at 3 for the new year. Excellent customer service from the two employees who served me. I tried the bubble waffle (bananas, chocolate chips & chocolate syrup) and did not disappoint. Mocha iced coffee is pretty good.
Best new boba place in Tuscaloosa!! Came during their grand opening to check this place out. It might be hard to find. Google routed me to the front of the shopping center but they’re located around on the side by Verizon. The inside is cute with some tables/chairs and also a couch to lounge on.
They have so many different flavors of milk tea, fruit teas, and blended frappes. They also serve a variety of coffee beverages as well as pastries like muffins, croissants, and danish. They even have bubble waffles you can top with ice cream and toppings! On their website it says that on Sundays they serve Vietnamese Pho and spring rolls too.
I ordered a vanilla bean latte with white mocha sauce as well as a large coconut/taro frappe with boba (they can mix flavors if you want). The latte was a bit warm at first sip- they didn’t add much ice- but overall tasted good! The frappe came with whipped cream on top and after my first sip I was in heaven!! So sweet and smooth and delicious! Coconut/taro is my favorite flavor combination and it made me sad that bobamania didn’t offer it when they first opened but I’m so glad I found a place who does!!
My only complaint is that the tapioca pearls/boba are oddly small and a bit hard when I prefer mine a bit bigger and softer, but it might be personal preference. Definitely my new favorite place to get boba in town. Check it out when you have the chance!!
Update: if you like the taro milk tea at bobamania, don’t get the taro milk tea here. They make it with actual tea instead of just creamer and it won’t taste the same but highly recommend the taro slush!!
On sundays they serve Vietnames Pho (must try).. highly recommended.. spring rolls are great.. bubble waffle with nutella and bannana is amazing.. and the vietnamese coffee hit the spot perfectly
You’ve got to go, don’t think just go especially if your a caffeine craving person like me! My suggestion: Vietnamese Coffee with Sweet and Condensed Milk…..just trust me! Hands down my favorite. Side note. It takes 7 minutes to make but nothing fast is good is this good.
A definite hole in the wall. This cafe is a mixed of mixed cultured with Vietnamese food/drinks. Also sells Boba tea which is a plus.
I heard they had house made authentic pho noodle bowl on Sundays and boy it didn't disappoint. It was Pho-King good. Not hevaily seasoned with sauce kn yhe side for your liking (to the chef I recommend slices of lime on the side).
PHO ! In a coffee shop ! On Sunday ! Whoda thunk it ? We saw the sign a few days ago driving by and pulled it up on Google. Saw the varieties of coffees and then at the bottom of the menu that they served Vietnamese food on Sunday. With the places where I'd enjoyed Pho in yhe past all closed now I was happy to see it. Very nice broth and plenty of noodles. Tasty slices of beef and the aromatics that you expect. Very nice. I'll be back next Sunday. Maybe they'll add some other days !

The vanilla latte was great and since we came on Sunday, their Vietnamese summer rolls were delicious.
