Sorry to have to say this but the coffee was TERRIBLE .. extremely weak and watery with almost no coffee flavor. We really wanted like a brewed house coffee (nothing fancy) but we're told they only had Expresso and that they could just dilute that with water to get the same thing .. but no, it wasn't even close 😟. I probably should have known better than to have thought that would work so I don't totally blame the business.

The service was excellent though.. very friendly ladies. The only thing I might offer as a suggestion for the future is that they might offer the customer a small sample to try before buying, especially when the customer asks for something they don't actually make.

Moka's is always very good. Love their frappes. The espresso can be a little strong if you add it to a lightly flavored drink, but that's not a con to me!

I work in Saraland and I love to go to Moka's after work for an afternoon pick me up before my long ride home. Although I do enjoy my Starbucks, I think that Moka's coffee actually tastes better and I like that they offer a variety of flavors to add to your coffee. The relaxed atmosphere of the furniture is a bonus and the staff is also always friendly and outgoing as well.

Love this place! Delicious coffee, great selection of flavors! The employees that work here are so knowledgeable about the items available, very patient with any questions, and allow the customers to take their time in deciding which coffee combination to try. Relaxing atmosphere and a great place to kick back with a friend to unwind with a great cup of coffee!

ALWAYS a positive experience. The new menu has a variety of unique items that you cannot get anywhere else, and the kiddos love it. The employees are polite and they get the order correct every single time. Mokas has become a family favorite and an awesome welcome to Saraland

I Went here for the first time the other day and told them to make me a surprise drink. They were super sweet and made a very delicious coffee frappe! ❤️❤️

Fast, friendly and consistent service. Every now and then I’ll ask a barista on their favorite drink and have them make it for me. Never disappoints.
