Worst experience ever! If I could give no stars, I would. Bought a sofa and bed set. Was told lies about delivery dates and times. You have to keep calling them about your furniture, they won't call as they promised. Just poorly run and managed!! BTW the owner of this store also owns 'The Blvd' store as well. They have nicer furniture but I wouldn't deal with these sorry SOBs ever again.

The staff is absolutely amazing. This is my second time coming to this location. Not to mention the furniture is of excellent quality. I've never had an issue and I am definitely a return customer for life.

I came to Home Furniture with my sister and no intention of buying anything and there was nothing in the store I wanted but Troy didn't let me leave, he sat down with me and two catalogs until I found what I wanted. I ended up purchasing the bed of my dreams a California king dark cherry wood beauty, I'm truly satisfied and have a 5 year warranty

Didn't deliver all of the furniture purchased due to a product being damaged. When the product arrived, 5 days after the first delivery, was scheduled on several occasions to be delivered but was told the Truck broke down, will be there tomorrow, nothings coming your way, and whatever other lie David could tell. I paid for the delivery and set up on June 7th and finally received it on July 2 due to the different lies told. It was brought out, left in my kitchen since that was the entry used, boxed in with no handles put on the drawers. My nephew had to assist carrying it in the house. So how is that Delivery and Setup? This was a Chest for my Boys room, not a Kitchen Item. Nice and courteous when purchasing but total Jack Asses after they get paid. I will never buy from them again and before anyone else does, please check out other furniture stores. Two persons that I know of have had the same experience as me but I was going to my Attorney the next week with my recorded conversations of the lies being told over and over again. The WORST customer service ever.

This is my 6th time coming into home furniture here in Montgomery. I always get Every thing I need & if its not here in the store I always get it in a timely matter. I love the service and prices here. There the best in the city, hands down!

Good affordable furniture with excellent customer service. This is truly one of the best places to buy bedroom sets, dinning room sets, kitchen tables, and etc. The store has great quality and associates are team oriented and family friendly as well. I strongly recommend this store for all furniture seekers!!!

I walked in and I was greeted w/great customer service. I was in the market for a mattress and I was pre-approved all in 30 minutes. Troy and the financial expert were excellent!!! Beautiful store and furniture.

My experience at Home Furniture was heavenly. The associates are knowledgeable of the inventory, respectful of the clients choices, and the inventory is one of a kind. Will I come back?? Of course in a heart beat.

I have purchased a lot of furniture from here and have loved everything. Have had no problems at all. De went above and beyond for us. You will not be disappointed!!!!
