Sweet little coffee / sandwich shop with bar. Perfect for informal or quick meal. Tasty fresh food. Recommend!

I love this local coffee shop in Downtown Mobile. Excellent stop after any meal for a great cup of coffee and a sweet treat. They make Gelato fresh daily. I really enjoy breakfast here sometimes too, try the smoked salmon bagel with capers and cream cheese.

I'm giving them 3 stars based on, let's say their, operations and not their coffee. As far as their coffee goes it was good and I had no complaints about it. My complaint is that they handle the ordering website of Big Brothers Big Sisters Of Alabama's coffee also. Their website to order that coffee always has a problem and it doesn't seem to be a priority for them to fix it. Also the last time it was working, I placed an order of 4 bags of ground BBBSOA ground coffee but received 4 bags of Serda whole bean coffee. I just feel if you don't want to provide a top notch service for another organization then politely sever ties. I'm tired of trying to order coffee just to have the website not working again!

Best coffee in town! They also have great scones, bagels, wraps and other eats. You can have breakfast & lunch there.
The scones are my favorite.
Free wi-fi. You can sit and enjoy your coffee at a table or couch.

In the land of a plethora of bars, Serdas is a caffeinated oasis. Great drink selection and decent food choices.comfortable seating throughout

Burger King would have been better. This place should not even be ranked as a breakfast restaurant. It’s only packaged and microwaved food. The coffee was bitter and the cream was sour. Advertise it as a study/coffee house with snacks available because that’s all it is. The owner must be manipulating the ratings and reviews. They were very misleading!

We made a quick stop here to fill up on caffeine as we were doing some sight seeing as out of town guests.
This coffee shop had a variety of seating options. It looked like an ideal place to meet with friends or do homework/ business.
Safe neighborhood a couple blocks down from the history museum with a friendly mix of costumers and a modern, relaxed feel. Happy, efficient staff and very good coffee.

Very good coffee. So far this has been the best coffee I've had in the Mobile area. Don't start talking about burned Starbucks coffee because they are just marketing. Starbucks coffee is better than Folgers, but that's not saying much. I'll definitely be going back to Serda's while in Mobile.

Stopped here after a disappointing visit to a different shop nearby. What a difference. My experience here was the exact opposite of my trip to Nova. The prices seemed much better, it was $4 for a large Caramel Machiatta as opposed to $5 for a small Chai at Nova. And the drink at Serda was perfect, again opposite of my Chai at Nova. The atmosphere is different also with both places filling different roles. Nova felt clean, open and airy while Serda was more traditional coffee shop decor in dark browns with leather couches etc.

I don't know if this is what's passing for gelato, but it was underwhelming and didn't taste great. My husband got a coffee, took one sip and threw it in the trash. Wasted 20 bucks on a post dinner dessert and coffee trip. I recommend you skip this place.
