White Bison Coffee

I’ve been twice and had an unpleasant experience both times and am unsure I’ll be back. The first time I went about a week ago I ordered an ICED vanilla latte through the drive-thru. Waited 5 min at the window while my drink was being made.. when the window was opened the man working the window and making the drinks handed me a HOT vanilla latte.. told him it was supposed to be ICED and he shut the window without saying anything and took another 5min to make my iced vanilla latte. He handed it to me without saying a single word and shut the window. Went back today again through the drive-thru and my husband ordered our drinks. We ordered 2 ICED vanilla lattes and my husband very clearly emphasized we wanted ICED lattes. Got to the window and it was the same guy as last time. We waited about 5-6min and when he opened the window to hand us our drinks.. they were both hot lattes. We told him again they were supposed to be iced. He appeared to be irritated and upset with us and closed the window without saying a word. We waited another 5-6min for him to make the iced lattes we ordered. Again when he handed us the correct drink he didn’t say a word and appeared to be irritated at us. I understand people make mistake and that’s fine but it’s the way he handled it. He wasn’t friendly or apologetic.. he didn’t want to even speak to us. Zero customer service. It’s very unfortunate that this has been our experience both times because the coffee is fantastic and I actually prefer their coffee over Starbucks. But Starbucks staff are always friendly and have excellent customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

I believe this version of coffee and gas station "grubmart" are new(er) to this area and if they are popping up all over, then Starbucks should be worried. Their holiday coffee flavors and Mini sandwiches are way better than Starbucks...and their service is faster! And of course it costs less and 'you' can get gas, beer, and other snacks/drinks while you are there.
If we want a flavored coffee while we're out on the town, we go here now in lieu of the other coffee places available.
They also have large, clean bathrooms.

I went an ordered the White Bison and it was extremely good! This is my second time coming to this new location and the service was superb! The guy in the drive thru was very friendly and patient with me and very attentive to my needs. I will definitely continue buying my coffee here. Keep up the great work!

Amazing coffee ☕️. Food was delicious 😋. I had the bacon 🥓 croissant and omg bacon was crispy and perfect! Hubby said the sausage was really good on his bagel sandwich 🥯.

This place is terrible, I will not ever go back, might wanna train your baristas. There’s not one person in there that knows what they are doing. IF you like coffee avoid this place all together.

The staff at this store is amazing and kind! Our son's cub scouts had an event and they jumped to help supply the hot chocolate! Which was amazing. Thank you white bison for helping your community!! We puffy heart you♥️

Terrible. Sat in drive through with absolutely no answer. Go to Starbucks

Nastiest coffee I have had. It was supposed to be a cafe mocha with an extra shot of espresso. Instead a half empty lukewarm medium cup of gross is what I received. No time to turn around for a refund but won't be going back.

I like to buy at white bison because (if I visit Starbucks) I know what I'm supporting. Their coffee and breakfast items are tasty. I'll keep supporting white bison.

Good coffee. If you've never tried it, get the chocolate hazelnut croissant!
