I stopped in because of the gas price was lower than any other station. Every time I stop to get gas the internet is not working or the pumps is not working. What good does it do if you can't use the pumps as the are intended to be used? I know you can go inside, but it is intended to be use outside so you don't have to go inside. At this time I had to go inside due to the pump will not clear out and I have already entered my pin number for my debt card. The clerk cut me off every time I tried to ask or make a statement. She didn't have a phone number for me to call and express my concerns or issue with the store. As I was leaving the gentleman behind me was having the same issues. He even made the statement this happens all the time. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I will not be back into this place of business.

You should definitely support the business, they are new and trying to get up and running, but I'd say they are still in a walk phase right now.
The latte was tepid, but flavorful. The service was definitely learning the ropes and just need some practice I assume. It took 9 minutes to get through the 2 cars in front of me in the drive through line. Yes, I timed it because it's my first visit.
Once I placed my order, I pulled up to the window and had to restate what my order was. Nothing difficult, skinny vanilla latte, hot. What I was handed after 3 more minutes waiting at the window was an iced vanilla latte with whipped cream. (what?)
I restated my order again, and three minutes later I got my order. It was delicious, just a bit on the cold side considering it should have just come out of the espresso maker.
This is the one and only time I've visited and I do intend to go back in a couple of weeks after they get through their growing pains. I love the location and they have a cool patio on the outside to enjoy a beverage and some of this relatively warm late fall weather.
So please go check them out, give the staff some practice and hopefully we'll all benefit from it.

My experience has been similar to others noted. Been three times and each time my coffee was not good and I just had to dump it. I much prefer the location on Triana Blvd... employees are so friendly and make great coffee. I order the same drinks at the one on winchester and each time they come out tasting and looking completely different from the one on Triana Blvd.

10 kids standing around the register, i walk in and they laugh. Act like im bothering them when i ordered. They all stared at me and when i was to slow on paying, the kid huffed like I was wasting his time. The salted caramel coffee I ordered was WAY over priced and it was disgusting.i will never come here again.

It’s also a gas station. The screens on the pumps don’t work. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to get fuel.
The people who work there are always very nice and apologize for the inconvenience at the pumps.
Edited:
Lately the pump screens work. And fair priced.

I went in to get a caramel toffee nut shaken espresso which was pretty often. I got it made wrong, which I could tell by just looking at it. I went inside to have it remade and I had to have it remade twice. I asked for a refund, and I could hear a majority of the employees speaking badly about me. I asked the manager if he could let the employees know that customers can hear them talking about them and then I walked out.

Pretty much same experience as others. I think they need a complete new hiring process. Workers there have no idea how to make a coffee and are very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Creme Brule coffee and I am pretty sure it was all creamer. I have had my share of sweet coffees but this was not drinkable. Son ordered a strawberry smoothie and I have no idea what it was but it was not drinkable or strawberry. Been several times and the coffees are not drinkable so I can't see myself wasting more money there. Every employee I have had was completely rude. They need to reevaluate their hiring process and start over. Teach them how to make a coffee. Don't waste tour time or money here.

I travel around town for work everyday and when I'm near Winchester road I typically stop for a coffee drink. This morning I went in and the staff was completely different and seemed untrained. I ordered a latte and left to start working. As soon as I took a gulp of my drink I immediately knew something was wrong and choked up my drink and threw it away. Didn't even know you could mess coffee up like that. Sour milk taste with dead expresso shots is my best description. Bring back the original staff that knew how to make drinks and treat customers.

Coffee was great, I ordered an iced vanilla latte. The young lady who handed me my drink was very sweet but the guy that took my order was very short. I pulled to the window took a minute before he asked for my order and then cut me off I had to wait a few more minutes to give my order and repeat it 3 times. Get to the window to give my order again and he kept slamming the drive thru window with no response back to me at all through this whole process. Took 13 minutes to get 1 iced coffee and a rude attitude:

New coffee shop- definitely worth a try. My food & coffee was delicious. I ordered the vanilla latte, and the avocado bagel. This was my first time here, I will say it took longer than expected to get my order, but they could have had a line inside. I will definitely go back, and I would recommend.
