First the times They are opened is 9-5pm but don't serve food until 11-3pm.
They are really good about making sure they cook it right. :) +1 star for great service.
Store is still open. Has a beautiful park outside it's door now. However Steve and the rest of the top notch guys are gone, and the current ones are kinda wishy washy of when their lunch time ends. :/ Kinda disappointed, probably won't go back, but hope for nostalgic reasons it remains in tact.
This is important if your like me and don't use Facebook, and go there often. They don't have a website, and their times on Facebook (Mobile version) does not reflect the times of lunch. This is why I have given them a low star.
That's said, this is the ONLY complaint I have besides the prices are a tad high. But the food is absolutely delicious and I am unable to give them lower stars because of it. Also their atmosphere is very family friendly and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I LOVE this place. The food is good and it's very quaint. Whenever we go to an event down town we walk here to eat. Just always get a drink or bottled water because their normal water always tastes bad. I think that's more the city's fault than theirs though.

My friends had the Matt burgers and I had the Leah burger (veggie burger) and they were all amazing! Hands down best veggie burger I've ever had. It was pretty cheap, too :) This was probably the best part about my stay at the Embassy.

Amazing burger! Presentation of the food was spot on.
Food tastes super fresh and everyone was so friendly.
Due to food allergies, I had a bunless burger and they were very accommodating and put my burger on lettuce for me.

It is hard to find a good place for lunch in a downtown area. The Cozy Cow is a great place. It is a small café with great sandwiches and desserts. They were very busy when I visited but our orders were perfect and the food was excellent.

Milkshakes here are really good! Only complaint is their business hours -- how do you stay in business when you close at 3pm? I've wanted to try the ice cream here for over a year and only today did I make it over on my lunch break.

I felt the staff here were unprofessional. The boy taking the order laughed while looking at me. They did not seem polite. The girls seemed to be doing all the work, cleaning while the boys were joking around.

Nice little cafe in downtown Hunstville. I had the tuna melt sandwich which was pretty good along with 3 desserts (Lemon cake, brownie and chocolate chip cookie brownie) I just had to try them all! My favorite of the 3 was certainly the brownie.

Unimpreaive menu, unimpressive food. There was a weird smell, service was horrid, and the food was not worth what they charge. The coffee was bland, and the coffee menu is just lacking. Giving it 2 stars because at least the ice cream wasn't melted.

Pretty good for pretty good price! Got the loaded sandwich, a hot tea, and a cup of the chicken salad for $13~. Lots of hot tea and coffee options as well as food. Right across from the ymca so going by there after working out is a no brainer!
