I don’t write reviews but felt the need to…Growing up my family had a restaurant so I tend to extend more grace than most.
MAYBE it was the gym clothes, but I was completely ignored, no one said hello & I did not feel welcome. Giving it a 2 because I am fair - the menu was extensive & seemed to be a cool spot, but unfortunately was never acknowledged or served, so I walked out.
I looked in the mirror when I left to make sure I wasn’t invisible then I realized…MAYBE the Cow is Cozy with some cognitive biases? 300+ reviews CAN’T be wrong, right? MAYBE you’ll have better luck?

The Chai latte here is sooo good. WAAAAAAYY better than piper and leaf... 🤭
I haven't tried anything else yet, but definitely will in the future.

Cute cozy place! Love the cow themed puns and decorations all over. Plenty of food and drink options for everyone!

Very discriminatory atmosphere. Would not recommend this place to people of color. My friend and I, both African America, were made very aware that we were not wanted there. We were not served until we asked to be and even then, a young girl in an oversized t shirt would not serve us, make eye contact, and when she did make my drink, she called out the name of the white man after me but barely spoke even when I asked her if it was my order. Among returning, the girl looked at us, her coworker informed her of our presence, she did not move or make eye contact. She was blatantly and boldly discriminating against us. The manger was not unkind and said it would be handled but we were offered nothing for our negative experience and I am not positive the situation will be dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very yummy yummy sandwiches! The Buffalo chicken wrap is our favorite so far with the veggie wrap behind it. Super fresh and made as you order. Very cute ombiance. The kiddos there seemed to Very much enjoy their icecream. The protein shakes sound pretty good too. I will be back for one of those after my long run.

Customer service is kind of bleh. Mocha ice cream just taste like regular ice cream

This place is a hidden gem. We had a great breakfast there. The staff was wonderfiul. Support this small business.

Really sweet little cafe / lunch spot tucked into the PNC building just steps from Big Spring Park! Cozy Cow has occupied this spot for a while, and it's a great lunch stop, especially for a picnic in the park or a quick work meal. It's also a good place to grab an ice cream treat and walk by the spring on a date, if that's more your style. :)
They have simple sandwiches with lots of different bread choices, a couple burgers, coffee, soda, tea, chips, a couple of lunch-type sides (potato salad, fruit cups, etc), baked goods, and Blue Bell ice cream available. The staff member who greeted me was helpful and warm, and his teammate who brought out my sandwich kindly asked if I needed a bag -- which I did, as I needed to cart my meal back to my car so I could take it home with me. A nice touch. :)
I ordered a simple grilled cheese with chips and a sweet tea and added on a peanut butter brownie because it looked too good to pass up. I have been to the Cow before, but only for ice cream, so I was excited to try their actual meal options. Overall, I enjoyed my sandwich - good balance of cheese and bread, the sourdough I selected was nice and had the chewiness that I love from that kind of bread. I wish they'd had regular, non-baked Lay's for my chips, but the Miss Vickie's did the trick, too. The sweet tea was really solid, not overly sweet, and fresh-tasting. I prefer my brownies without chocolate chips inside, but that's not a mark against the Cow really, just a personal preference. I ate around the chips and thoroughly enjoyed the gooey brownie and the peanut buttery icing goodness.
The inside of the shop has nice windows where you can look out and people watch, as well as a small patio if you'd rather eat outside. I enjoyed my walk to and from my car, just taking in all the sights of downtown. Give the Cozy Cow a try if you're looking for a wholesome sandwich-type lunch or treat.

Just went to Cozy Cow for the first time. The inside decor is fun and staff are very friendly and helpful. I ordered the BBQ & Bacon Burger, and it was the best burger I’ve had in a while. Not too much sauce and a good pulled pork to burger ratio that didn’t cross the line into stunt food. The burger was well done but not dry, very juicy. Overall I’d give this a 10/10 on places to go in Huntsville. The only negative is I haven’t been sooner!
