PIPER AND LEAF Tea & Coffee Shop

I want to first say how inspired every day I am at my coffee shop , when I am using Piper and Leaf Teas. From My Chai latte to my hot/iced teas, my customers have really taken to the our selection of teas that are provided by the Talented Piper and Leaf teas. I want to make sure this platform really showcases the 5 star Customer Service you receive from Piper and Leaf, not only is their service great but the turn around of your product when you order, is absolutely impressive. If you need a tea company that will help you elevate your customer experience, then you need Piper and Leaf in your shop!! Piper & Leaf is incredible. They sell both hot tea and iced tea, but they're mostly known for the iced tea, served in Mason jars that are hand-painted with the Piper & Leaf logo -- you pay for your first jar, then you bring it back for half-price refills. You can also get half-price refills at any shop that serves Piper & Leaf tea or at the farmer's market, which is pretty great.

I'm really not a "tea person" generally -- i love coffee, but I never really got into tea as much. I only tried Piper & Leaf because the bags of tea smelled so good, and because I'd heard so many people recommend it after trying it at the farmer's market. This tea won me over -- it's really fantastic. The flavors and recipes are obviously chosen with care because they're creative but not in a weird way -- they're not over-the-top.

Piper & Leaf's ingredients do a lot to make their tea outstanding. They use fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and it really does make a huge difference in the tea. Ordinarily, I really dislike fruit teas because I think they taste artificial and fake, but Piper & Leaf uses actual fruit in their teas, and because of that I've found that their fruit teas are actually some of my favorite flavors.

The product is wonderful, but what really sets Piper & Leaf apart is their people. The staff here is friendly and warm and kind. They are excited about service and about their product, and they're happy to help you find your favorite way to enjoy tea (at their shop, they'll mix the tea with milk, almond milk and flavorings to create custom blends).

It seems like, for the staff at Piper & Leaf, tea is a way to serve others and to reach out to people. That commitment to community shows in their business model and in their tea, and it makes me really glad to support them -- I live in Birmingham, but I brew Piper & Leaf loose leaf tea at home even during the off-season when I can't find them at Pepper Place. (For Birminghamians, Piper & Leaf is available at Primeaux and as loose leaf at the Birmingham Museum of Art.)

One of my favorite places to go! The atmosphere is always great and the management and staff are super friendly and helpful. The tea is AMAZING and you really can’t go wrong no matter what you get. There are a ton of options and mixes and add ons so you can have it your way!

My wife and I love Piper and Leaf! We go to the Pizitz location any time we’re in Birmingham and bring our jars! It’s definitely worth buying the jar and getting refills! Don’t forget to bring your punch card in order build up for a free refill! Our favorites are the Front Porch Special, Capri Cream and the Strawberry Shindig But we’re working our way through trying them all! The Pumpkin Moonshine is great too if you love pumpkin!

I go here any chance I get and have become a crazy mason jar toting regular to both this location and the Madison one. I tell everyone who asks me "what's that?" when drinking boba tea (only offered on Saturdays... Wish it was more often) what it is and where to get it. The service is always friendly and I have yet to try a "bad tea" flavor. I wish I could take Piper and Leaf with me when we move!

I don't even like tea and I like their tea. I don't love it to go hang out, but it's a good place to drop by on your way to somewhere else. It's expensive the first time, but if you get a jar and just do refills, it gets way cheaper, especially if you pay attention to their specials.

Loved it as always. Would have been even better if I got to drink my tea myself, but my daughter loves and took it from me after she finished hers. She loves it too!

A great place to get a drink even if you don't like southern-style sweet tea! The pink tea (can't remember the name) is my favorite by far. I also love the refillable jars!

We found this place after our run one evening and now me and my fiancé are hooked! There teas are amazing but the Lattea is one of the best drinks I've ever had. We will be regular customers as long as we live here.

Was on vacation with my family from Alabama. They took us here on a lovely afternoon. Absolutely delicious. Can not wait to go back. Such an amazing nice staff as well. Don't forget to get your glass jar and reusable straw!!
