Offbeat Coffee Studio

Service was quick and the coffee was tasty. My boyfriend got a hot chocolate. It was really good and thick, but not something I think a kid would like, for anyone stopping in with little ones. I got a vanilla latte and it was excellent.

The atmosphere is incredible. Alexis went above and beyond to make my visit exemplary. Will definitely recommend.

Very modern and laid back atsmophere. The barista was very patient and helpful with his menu suggestions since it was my first visit. The coffee was outstanding. The pastry was okay. Kinda pricey. Coffee and pastry was $9.81. But I will return.

Offbeat makes the best pour over in town. They use Onyx Roasters, which is super solid and always seem to have some special or rare coffee in stock beyond their normal offerings.

The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. They know their coffee, but aren’t pretentious to folks who don’t know much. I’ve run into a lot of places in town that I wish I could say the same for.

They do good stuff. I've been to shops all over and in a few different countries now and Offbeat's coffee is up there with all of them. Their pourovers are as good as I've had anywhere and you can tell they're excited about what they're making.

It has very good drip coffee which says a lot about a coffee shop in general; they clean the coffee container, they brew and re-brew frequently enough. The espresso drinks are good and get an A, A- on some days. Given the music theme with vinyl for sale, they might think of doing a music trivia night.

Great environment, great mocha, and a really tasty blueberry muffin. Go visit!

Had trouble finding the entrance. It's facing governor's tucked between The Lone Goose and the Straight to Ale main entrance.

Got an iced latte. It was DIVINE. Not exaggerating, it was bomb. Awesome, modern vibe. Good music, plenty of seating. Vinyls too, if you're into that sort of thing. I'm making this my first recommendation for coffee in Huntsville. You guys have a great thing going here.
