Yummy coffee and friendly staff! I was blow away by how good the avocado bagel was…avocado, spinach, delicious flavorful tomato, and pickled red onion on an everything bagel. 😍 It was seriously great. We got caramel lattes which were also very tasty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy. I would highly recommend this place.

Offbeat Coffee studio was a cute coffee shop that had a fun eclectic feel. I was offered a recommendation by one of the staff to try this iced drink, she said it was mocha and caramel type of latte, either way it was delicious. It was a great amount of caffeine to sweetness balance. Also their ice was like the small crumbles ice which is a favorite of mine. Would definitely recommend going here, there’s limited indoor seating but more seating outdoors.

First time visiting. Cool space and laid back. Played cool music. The latte was okay, the London Fog was wonderful, the quiche was cold in the middle, the everything bagel was wonderful. Speaking of the bagel it was from Canadian bakin. Nice service. All in all not bad, but will probably just go to Canadian bakin instead.

Unique and cool place with fair amount of options for coffee. Tried the Cereal Milk and also the Maple Fall drink, both of which are specialties they are known for. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Fall drink was great. Disappointed in the cereal milk latte which was lacking flavor. Didn’t have much sweetness either. Had to add a little stevia myself. Other than that, it’s a great coffee shop.

Great local coffee shop that has full flavor coffee!!!
Very trendy atmosphere with some cool deco. They have vinyl records for sale which is neat.

Neat place. It's inside a building with other businesses and maybe a conference area? It certainly doesn't look on the outside when it looks like on the inside. I had the quiche and a mocha which looked prettier than the photo that I posted. By the time I thought about it, I had already taken a sip 😁. It was very smooth and mild. Not a strong coffee - mocha was not strong but also not bitter. I like eggy stuff so I thought the quiche was very good. The photo looks slightly darker and as a result the quiche looks overdone but it's just well toasted. Very delicious!

Best specialty coffee and third wave coffee shop in Huntsville area. They also serve great single origin coffees - you can tell they care about the quality of each cup of coffee they make.
My new go-to place when traveling to Huntsville.

Offbeat Coffee studio is a part of Downtown Huntsville Craft Coffee Tail. I love checking out the local Coffee scene. It was a good place to start. Nice place with a unique vibe. Excellent coffee. I had the mocha.

Handsome coffee shop located amidst the hustle and bustle of breweries and restaurants at Campus 805. They have coffee, some tea, and a couple of snacks / pastries available.
It's a small shop but there's enough room for a couple of people to hang out, work on laptops, or catch up. Definitely got a studio kind of vibe to it, lots of dark colors and record decorations hanging out. The staff was friendly and polite.
I had an iced mocha and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Pretty sure the bagels are courtesy of Canadian Bakin, so you can't go wrong there! Indeed, my bagel was delicious. It took them a touch longer to toast it and serve it than I expected, given the very low volume of traffic when I ordered, but it's worth the wait for a warm CB bagel.
My iced mocha was very smooth, not especially sweet, but you could taste the chocolate flavor. I liked that the ice cubes were so little. The serving size was a touch smaller than I expected, but I enjoyed my drink.
They also have various specialty drinks that change with the season. None caught my eye when I visited, but I've seen their holiday menus in the past and they had several yummy sounding combinations. I'd certainly return if I saw one that called to me.

The shop, the decor, the coffee, the food items were all really great; like, really great. The service & baristas, tho, were terrible.
They talked amongst each other & didn't acknowledge me at all until I got closer to read the menu on bar. The guy with the beard kept staring at me like I was going to burn the place down or something & the girl with blue hair just had an overall poor attitude. Everyone seemed annoyed & I didn't feel wanted nor welcomed; it wasn't a very pleasant experience.
