My daughter and I come here once a week. We both enjoy it.

Surprisingly, downtown Huntsville doesn't have a plethora of breakfast spots. However, Honest Roasters did have exactly what we were looking for on the Saturday of our Labor Day getaway. Seems to be a popular spot for locals, that's always a good sign.

quiet and relaxed place to come do work or chill with friends. located in a refurbished garage, the whole cafe has good lighting and open spaces. good to walk around the area as well :)

Let’s be honest here - the music was too loud for a conversation and the lights too much of an assault to the eyes to be able to read. Perhaps minimalism is your thing but if you prefer a cost, dim lit place look elsewhere.

Excellent coffee, made by the nicest baristas in the most friendly atmosphere you can imagine

One of my favorite places to come on a Saturday or Sunday morning. I love their acai bowls filled with goodies ranging from peanut butter, granola, seeds and nuts, and of course, acai. I haven't run into any other places. Darby that serve this which is a shame. The employees who work there are also very nice. Highly recommend!

Negative: I ordered curbside pick up and had no idea where to go. I ended up parking a block over and walking to pick up my order.
Positive: When I arrived I stood outside and called them to let them know I was out front. They promptly bought out my order. Ordered the bees knees iced latte with oat milk which was really good. Also ordered the vegan and GF carrot apple muffin which satisfied my sweet craving.

Alway a hip place to get a cup of joe. I must say the latte art is always on point but the taste is often a bit dark and heavy for me. All of my friends love the place and I think it is worth the effort if you need a cup of coffee in down town Huntsville.

Because of its uniqueness in that city (Huntsville, AL), it gets a 5-star rating.
Put this place in a larger city and it wouldn’t be quite so impressive I don’t think. There is another location in Nashville, TN and I do like the HSV one better… it feels more intimate.
It does have friendly staff, reasonable menu options, fun branding and a pleasant atmosphere. Plus, it’s in a great spot downtown, so you get an interesting mix of clientele, and there’s a parking garage literally right next to it that costs only about ¢50 to park in (which is a novelty in and of itself!)

Friendly environment, love the customer service, and most importantly the coffee is to die for ! They will always have my business.
